I give them two stars for their service. They were helpful knowledgeable and I especially believed the care that I received there in the short time that I was going there was very good. However, I tried to continue my care there with my kidney dog and they refused me service and would not take my dog any longer because I signed a waiver of some sort. Even though I no longer see the veterinarian that I signed the waiver for or even live in the same city… I can never go back with this dog. Regardless of the situation. I am now traveling to Cedar Rapids and Iowa city for care. I find this a true indicator of how much they care about animals. If they are willing to give up a patient that needs them and their knowledge terribly for the sake of a paper. Just beware of what you sign. I wasn’t because we were in a timely emergency.
