The Service Center saved my night. I drive a small commercial vehicle and was trying to pick up some freight and drive back to Chicago when I noticed I was losing tire pressure. A quick inspection revealed a piece of metal sticking out of the tire. I called Dustin 45 min before closing and he told me to bring it over immediately. These guys got me back on the road in no time and didn’t even have to stay late. Thanks for the great service, guys!

Its Farm and Fleet… what is the problem. I dont go for service, I dont care if the clerks are totally aloof. I expect that of this place. I go to find low priced stuff I would find only THERE.

The service department is the worst. They seem lost or don’t care about your vehicle. If you ask about getting your car in on Saturday, they act like you are asking for the world

Avoid the Service Dept. — Dishonesty. Unprofessional. Rude and arrogant. Dan(Srvc. Mgr.) is the worst of them all. How can a single dept. be so unorganized and dis-functional. Oh wait, its their manager. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else; anywhere else.

Great store. Interesting selection of just about anything you could want, from toys to overalls. But why the low stars, you ask? On my last visit, the teenaged clerks there ruined the entire experience for me. They were pointing and whispering at the customers, making fun of them openly. After being subjected to this myself, I left feeling horrible, practically in tears(because it was blatantly obvious what was going on), and I will never be back. I can get rude help just about anywhere, but never have I had to be subjected to something like this before, and I don’t wish repeat the experience. Updated: I returned because we needed some winter wear. I asked for help finding what I was seeking, because I could not locate it in the men’s section. The response was, «It should be in the men’s section. Go look for it there.» Customer service is awful. Shop here if you want a wide variety of items and don’t mind finding it yourself if it’s not where you think it logically should be. Still ONE star. Maybe half a star if I could…

Farm & Fleet puts other stores to shame in it’s variety of farm gear, paired with the selection of desirables for those who are from out of town, but still have some farm in them! Every time we come here, we walk out with $ 50 of stuff we determined we couldn’t live without. Everything John Deere that I own is from here, our winter gloves came from here, my Carhart coat came from here and we almost bought a large horse play ball to help us avoid stall boredom! They’ve also got great prices on car parts and batteries — cheapest we found in the area! The random things you find here are great as well. Recently we found electric blankets for the car for $ 8 a shot! We now have three and got them for friends as well. The only thing that would make this place better would be free popcorn like we’ve seen in a couple other similar stores. Worth stopping in every time you drive by!
