History

Established in 1983.

In April of 1983, John Nisly started TrimLine of AIS for the Illinois area of the Quad Cities, which he later expanded into the Iowa side of the Quad Cities in 1987. In 1991, John changed the name Auto Trim Design of AIS, Inc. In September of 2003, Auto Trim Design of AIS, Inc. moved into its current location at 3808 Eastern Avenue. In January 2004, the name of the company changed to Auto Trim & Sign, Inc to reflect a more accurate representation of what the company provides.

I had my truck tinted here, nothing but great service and attitudes from all employees. Im recommended these guys to friends that are also completely happy with the work these guys do. Im not sure where some of the reviews come from but IM 100% happy with this shop.

Place is horrible and unprofessional. Argued with one of the techs for window tint for almost 2 hours. Not worth the risk. Told him to take it off because it was so horrible, bunch of bubbles every where peeling and the tint was damaged. You don’t pay for damaged goods any where. Customer is always right! He said other wise. Paid to leave that nasty place to go to the nearest gas station just to peel it off myself after i paid for it. Don’t ever go there and make the same mistake I did. Just to go there and waste your money.

Brought my vehicle in for Peeling repairs all over @ 1030 am. Still not done as of 3:05pm, because the job came back worse than when I brought it in!!!
A job done a 2nd time, is a job done wrong. If you have to do the job a 3rd time like my truck, then you’re company is run by lazy idiots!!!
PEELING ALL OVER. The old man running the place needs a class in social relations. I asked him when I could come in to get this fixed. The owner ignores me, then starts to wipe down his own car! I literally heard the old man tell a customer who asked «what day is a good for an appointment», «no day is a good day, when you get down to it».
This place is not the place you want to take your business. Don’t make the mistake like I did and spend $$ for crappy service and crappy work.
