Tracy at Afterimage is awesome. She cut and highlighted my hair for many years. Sadly I have moved and unable to go to Afterimage any more. Nice place and atmosphere with reasonable prices.

They did a fabulous job on our wedding party. Creative, gorgeous updo’s and make up. I had Shawn (not sure how to spell her name). Highly recommend.

Screwed up my hair bad, did most of cutting without me facing mirror so was unable to stop hatchet… will take me a year to fix this mess. Acted like she knew what she was doing… clueless.

I cannot speak more highly of Shawn. I first went to After Image for a Brazilian-​esque wax. Shawn made me feel completely comfortable and fully understood exactly what I wanted. She inspects her work as she goes and removes any stubborn or ingrown hairs with tweezers, a key component to a great wax. She has also been cutting and coloring my hair for the last 4 years, even after I moved to the Chicago suburbs, I would make the drive back to see her. I have been waxed by others over the past 10 years and nobody did as good of a job as Shawn (even near Chicago)! I highly recommend her for waxing and her styling abilities. It doesn’t hurt that she has a super bubbly personality and is cute to boot! She makes you feel like you’re hanging out with a friend instead of a client with your ladybits exposed.

Just got a shampoo/​condition and haircut. The ladies here are awesome. After showing them a picture of how I prefer my hair I got the perfect cut!
