Since 2003, Andy has been serving property owners across Daufuskie who wish to sell their properties as well as assisting potential buyers find the property that meets their needs — from vacation home to investment property.

Lifestyle — Its the key factor that drew Andy and his wife Susan to Daufuskie in the early 1990’s and it remains at the core of everything Andy does on the island. On Daufuskie, the distractions are reduced (we call it Daufuskie Time) and «lifestyle» blends easily with family, nature, community service, sports, neighbors and, of course, work.

On Daufuskie, wether you’re here full-​time or only as time allows, you become part of the fabric of the community. Adults and children alike make friends quickly. And the island seems to have this magical power to bring families together over and over again. That’s why we’re here!
