I’ve been to various chiropractors over the years, I couldn’t seem to get anywhere as far as relieving the pain I was in. I had heard about Dr. Tsai and Blackhawk Chiropractic, I stopped in and the first thing I had noticed was the amazing reception as soon as your in the door! The staff is amazing, truly! I’ve been to so many places where you feel like «a patient». Not here, you are a friend, a member of the family, you are a welcome guest in their home, you are that important to these people. If they ever have a bad day you know nothing about it, because you are their focus when you’re there. I often think about sending some of my staff here just to see what true guest service looks and feels like. It’s an amazing experience.
As far as treatment, I will never go anywhere else or have my family in the care of anyone else. Dr. Tsai is it for us. I felt so much relief from finally finding someone who cared about the issues I was having and the plan of action to get things back in order. The success of his career and business I believe are directly derived from him guaranteeing the utmost care of the guests that come through his doors and him respecting the trust that those guests have put in him to care and help care for those issues. His establishment and staff are the definition of professionalism in the medical industry.

My first Chiro experience was great, I had loved my doctor who really helped get me and my body back on track but then I moved… and had to find a new doctor because I really believe in the benefits of chiropractic care. But I had a horrible experience and almost decided to give up especially since I was close to using all my insurance allotted visits. Then a coworker recommended Blackhawk Chiropractic and it’s been happy bliss ever since! They work with you on payment supplying you an option of pay as you go or a monthly rate calculated with the number of visits recommended.
I love the exercising they require, the retraction tables are great and of course Dr Tsai’s amazing adjustments are the best.
And my daughter loves that she can eat popcorn and get a balloon almost every time thanks to the great office staff. She’s always welcomed which is great because she’s always with me. Like I said… it’s like visiting family.

I’ve been to a lot of different Chiropractors in my day. And after relocating to Florida I’ve yet to find another chiropractor that has the talent that Dr Tsai has. He really does care about his patients and his staff is literally the best I’ve experienced in any doctors office. Residents of Beaver County should rest assured they have world class chiropractic care at their finger tips.
