Established in 2014.
he SoNo Baking Company & Café, is the creation of John Barricelli who had a vision of creating artisan breads, top quality French-style pastries and specialty cakes in a homey, inviting Bakery/Café. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, his culinary experience includes having worked for one of the finest restaurants in Fairfield County: The Elms Restaurant and Tavern in Ridgefield, CT. John’s exceptional talent and ability landed him at Martha Stewart Living Productions in Westport, CT and later a spot on Martha Stewart.
