Had to use this guy while going thru a legal matter. Was required to do 4 sessions, and then he would prepare a summary to the judge. Near the end of session 4, he wrote up his summary, with us present, so we would know exactly what was in his summary report.
Then I was charged for 5 sessions. When I asked, I was told the fifth session charge was so that he could prepare his report. I asked, you mean the report you did while I was sitting in front of you in session 4? Yes, that report.
With Attorneys like Joe, it’s no wonder all Attorneys get a bad reputation. If you have a choice, let someone else steal your money.
