Halstead Property was one of the first firms to open offices in key market areas of Manhattan by starting on the Upper East Side and then expanding to the West Side and Downtown. In 2001 Halstead Property joined a distinguished family of real estate-related companies owned by Terra Holdings. Today Halstead Property has over 1,000 sales and rental agents throughout New York City, metropolitan New Jersey, Fairfield County, Connecticut, the Hamptons and Hudson Valley, New York.
