Omni Management Group specializes in homeowners associations. We do not manage single rental homes that take away time from our managers that work on subdivision specific issues. We pride ourselves in working to resolve association collections matters and maintaining property values of the associations that we manage.

History

Established in 2014.

Omni Management Group has been in operation in the St. Louis area since 2008. We have grown over the years to manage Homeowners Association, townhome and condominium associations throughout the St. Louis and Chicago metropolitan areas.

Business Owner

Tim T. is the owner and President on Omni Management Group. Tim worked under the Indiana based Omni Management Services until purchasing their interest in the St. Louis and Chicago markets. Tim has added staff since purchasing the accounts to handle Property Management, Accounting, Collections and administrative tasks.
