It’s good place to find any kind of tools but it is kinda expensive too. I was looking for some kind tool & I found it here it was 38 bucks & it was 30 bucks on Amazon & another store. Same company same size tool. Here trees and plants are so expensive. Service is good, they are polite talk and friendly. here just pricey…

I went to Lowe’s to find screws that matched the one I had. The store was clean and well lit. I passed three employees on my way to hardware without acknowledgement. Once I arrived, there was a very large selection of screws. I needed help and went to the area desk. I pressed the need help sign and waited … Three times. After giving up hope on the help sign, I decided to try again to figure out which screw was right for me. A team member, Tony, happen to come down the aisle on his way elsewhere. I stopped and asked him if he worked hardware. He stated that he did not but would be happy to help me. He showed me how to use the«screw size measure» and helped locate a metric screw for me. He was a very nice and helpful man. Unfortunately the only screw he offered that would fit the size I needed required an Alan wrench, which I also had to purchase. I then use the self check out registered that had many hand written and worn flags stating«chip reader not working» And«do not use cards with a chip» I am giving this Lowe’s a 3 star. Overall the customer service was poor and the help button useless. Tony’s nice and helpful attitude saved this review from a worse rating.

I will never go back after tonight. Assistant Store Manager would not honor a price tagged on a Dyson vacuum and even had an employee remove it in front of us like it was never there. He then told us he didn’t care whether it said it was the display on sale or a boxed one. When told he should check his reviews online tonight, he did not care and acted like we were just bothering him. We went to Home Depot and got that $ 400 vacuum!!!

HORRIBLE customer service. I purchased a dishwasher online. I tried to schedule installation when purchasing but was not allowed to. I called the store in Daphne, AL where the dishwasher was being delivered on 5 different occasions trying to schedule installation. First, the person who answered the phone told me I would need to talk with«Install Sales.» She transferred me to them. No answer. I called back about 30 minutes later at 3:00 in the afternoon and was then told that the department had«gone for the day.» This was repeated several times on successive days with the lady who answered the phone saying she would take a message and have them call me. No one ever called. Finally on the fifth call, I was told I needed to talk with«Appliances.» The lady in «Appliances» said she could not schedule installation over the phone. She said I would have to come in the store in person. That was the last straw. I demanded a refund to my credit card for the purchase of the dishwasher. Lowe’s is worse than dealing with AT&T!
