Jacqui has been just wonderful! She is extremely professional which I noticed on our very first visit. We just adopted our dog and she has been doing a spectacular job with her. I am so glad we found her. She leaves reports each day and texts me with updates. Jacqui has been very reliable as the other reviewer stated. I can’t say enough. We are extremely pleased.

Outstanding!!! Jacqui is the BEST and as the reviewer William F. says a «top notch professional in every way!» We went out of town after Thanksgiving and it was the first time our family has ever felt stress free and relaxed away on a trip knowing that our beloved dogs and fish were in Jacqui’s care! She sent several texts with pics throughout the day letting us know how our dogs were doing (even of the fish tank!) and videos of them playing and having fun — it gave us such reassurance and peace of mind while we were away! She came to our house 4 times a day to take care of, play and walk our dogs and check on our house as well. She confirmed when we got home and left a report card of how things went. Our dogs love her so much!!! This is the first time I have ever Unilocaled — Jacqui is so good I wanted to let others know about her. I feel like William F. — finally a professional I know will care for my dogs like her own!!!

My boyfriend and I were looking for a last minute pet sitter to watch our sweet fur-​babies Dino a 4 year old pit bull & Duke our 2 year French Bulldog during Thanksgiving weekend while we out of town. We found Jacqui through Unilocal as she had a good review & affordable pricing. She came by to meet our dogs, seemed like she was comfortable with them and agreed to watch them. That evening, she had emailed me stating she forgot to get a signature to the contract and will come by the next morning to get my signature. The next morning she arrived with bad news stating she was uncomfortable with our dogs because she wasn’t sure how the dogs would react when she entered our home while we were away. Then she continues to say that she is more comfortable with poodles and little dogs but not Duke and Dino’s breed. I was thrown off by her comments as yesterday she said she was comfortable and fine with them. She pretty much said she was not comfortable to pet sit and provided us a list of other pet sitters. I was truly disappointed because she had told this to us the day before our trip. It was totally last minute and I thought it was unprofessional. If she was not comfortable with our dogs in the beginning then she should have been direct with us in the first place rather than wait until the next day. Honestly, we felt like it was an excuse, as she really didn’t like Dino’s breed as a pit-​bull. If you discriminate breeds like Pitbulls then you should not be a Professional Pet Sitter. Dino is a therapy dog and the sweetest ever. When she left, my boyfriend and I went on
to find a last minute Petsitter. It was stressful but fortunately we found Claudia V. from
to watch our dogs. She was amazing and I would totally recommend her as your petsitter if you are around San Ramon area.

Top notch professional in every way. Insured ! Bonded ! Pet CPR certified Vet Tech to boot. My wife and I couldn’t go on vacation or stay late in the city without Jacqui and her trusted team. Our three dogs adore her immensely. She often sends texts with pics and videos of them having fun and playing. We get a report card on the dogs upon return and know that she is using a to do list and checking the house 4 times a day for any trouble. Reliable and confirms we got home or she keeps coming till we call and give her high sign all is well. My older dogs don’t do well at kennel and I know they are getting their meds and exercise with Jacqui. The little extras add up and the trust she builds is worth so much to me. Finally a professional I know will care for my dogs like her own.
