Nice guys but that’s about it. stopped in twice, 4 calls and 5 weeks later still no order. This would be ok if weren’t for them telling me every time my order would be done by the next day. After the 6th time I was told this it was obvious they didn’t have my order and had no intention of completing it. Guess it wasn’t worth their time. Which is ok, it just would have been nice if they just said that. On top of that i never received an apology. I was always nice and patient, never rude. When I finally asked them to cancel the order all they said was«ok» and hung up on me. Wow. Do your business elsewhere. You’ll regret using these guys. Especially if your order is important and time sensitive

I went over there on a Wednesday to get a jacket and he told me I had to wait till untill they shipped over there on Monday so I waited until Tuesday just to make sure and he said he would have it on Wednesday. I went there on Wednesday and it wasn’t there yet and it will be there on Thursday. On Thursday I was tired of coming to not get anything so I called and he said he had it and let me know I could come pick it up. So I came over finally ready to pick it up and the door has a sign saying they are gone at a football game. The store closes at 6 and I got there at 5:30. He didn’t let me know the store would close early. It has been three days since they were supposed to have been there and I still don’t have my jacket. And in total waiting time since I first went there so far is eight days. This is really ridiculous.

Jorge and the team at Total Threads are my go to people for apparel embellishments in Danville. They have always gone above and beyond to meet deadlines and do some pretty nice work. We recently had some shirts made for her bday and Jorge was able to get all the logos and shirts done in an almost overnight turn around. It’s really nice to have a local source to handle these types of jobs!

Horrible. I will never go there again. My items were not ready when promised and he never called to tell me not to come pick them up so I went down there 6TIMES for him to say ‘oh it will be done tomorrow’. Twice I went there in the middle of the day, during open hours, and there was a sign that said ‘sorry, be back in a couple hours’ When I went back the 6th time to pick up my items, he handed it to me THESAMEWAY I GAVEITTOHIM. I said ‘you didn’t even embroider it yet!’ At that point, we just had him do it while we waited. So frustrating. Not to mention he doesn’t even care if you’re a customer. He will stand there and socialize with people or on the phone while you are standing there waiting to pay for something. How are they still in business? Never again will I use them.

I agree. You have to stay on top of them. Even then, you might not get what you want/need in the time you need it. I bought $ 10 shirts for my daughters to wear on a Disney Cruise. I wanted to put their names on the back in Disney font. Never mind that the cost to put their short names on the back cost more than the shirts, but when they were finally ready(2 weeks later) he had spelled my daughter’s name wrong. Looked at the sheet and he had written it correctly in block letters but still put it on the shirt incorrectly. Said, no problem, we can soak it in this solution and it will peel off… umm, do I want my kids wearing a shirt that was soaked in a solution that can peel of silk screening? Anyway, it didn’t matter because it didn’t work and they wound up having to put a black solid oval over the mistakes and write their names in silver. In the end, it turned out cute, but it took forever and was a hassle, and I had to call them all the time. Oh, and of course, now the names are peeling off after two uses. It was a waste. I wouldn’t do it again.

I have been going here for the last year to pick up items for baseball as well as football. I have always been impressed with the service I received. George has been helpful and has given me practical advice when I needed it. I just placed an order today and was told it would be ready on Friday. I’m sure he’ll come through.

I’m really surprised to see such negative experiences. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with these guys. I’ve worked with them several times on various projects and they were very helpful and had great follow through.

You gotta stay on top of them. If you are not in a hurry, you will be fine. I had to call and call and call and after 3 weeks my simple one line of embroidery was done. And they never called me, I had to call them to see if it was ready!!!

for my convenience I have given this store a chance time and time again, and they just don’t get it. First visit: listened to the guy talk about his own kids little league team when I was clearly not interested. Second Visit: stopped in to buy a cup for my sons game on the way to the park, employees(husband and wife owners) both in store and never asked to assist me, just kept talking to one another. Third visit: Walked in to purchase a stadium chair for my husband for Valentines Day, owner took a phone call over me standing right in front of him. I waited for 3 minutes, turned around and walked out. What a shame, it could be so easy for them to succeed. I have retold this story to friends, all experiencing the same thing.

George the owner is very friendly and has great customer service. He will go the extra mile to get you what you want. We bought 49ers shirts there and plan on using them to design our Tough Mudder gear as well. It’s nice to support a local Danville business too. It’s definitely worth a stop to see if they have what you need.

We got to the store right at closing & the wonderful man saw my son at the door & reopened the door. He helped us pick out what we needed PlUs put the lettering on his shirt. Customer Service was done w/a big SMILE unlike Big 5 that is awful. They find it to be a problem when we ask for help. I LOVETHISSTORETHTALTHREADS. ACTUALLY, he didn’t have 1 item and my son wanted it today. He can order it for us. When I called the god awful Big 5 they kept me on hold 2X and never picked up. Will NEVERGOTOBIG5 again. ONLYTOTALTHREADS:) A GREATPLACETOSHOP!

There are many places to get your sporting stuff and a new guy on the market does a smashing job on letter jackets and they are right down town
