Scott is a resident of the San Francisco East Bay area, real estate broker, active real estate investor, and has taught several real estate courses and appeared as a guest host on real estate radio as well as a contributor for real estate print. Scott graduated with a Bachelors degree in Information Systems and Accounting from CSU, Chico, and has previously worked for IBM Global Services and PeopleSoft as a Professional Services Consultant. He and his wife have 2 children, 9 and 6, and their pet chocolate lab, Cole.

I approached Scott Fuller for an urgent short sale due to a recent death in my family. From the very first call I was confident in Scott. Everything was explained to me with kindness. Stacy McGill, Scott’s assistant is a jewel. They both made the whole process easy and were both very supportive of my feelings. This team has to be the best team in Real Estate in Concord and especially the best in the short sale process. Extremely knowledgable
and above all else kept me informed through the whole process. They took over for me and not only sold my property but kept my head above water during a very hard time. I would recommend The Scott Fuller Team for any Real Estate issue. They take care of every aspect including all the dealings with the bank. They are definitely a 10 out of 10 team. None better.

As newcomers to California and the US as a whole, we couldn’t have asked for a better realty team than Scott and Stacy. They were extremely thoughtful in their approach to finding us a home — from determining the areas of town we should explore to best suit the needs of our young family, to helping us put together the most compelling offer for our house, they were with us every step of the way, explaining the process of purchasing a home in California. They were available night and day for any questions or concerns we may have had, were extremely quick with their correspondence, and were extremely communicative during the entire process. And, now that we’re settling in, they are still in communication with us when we’re looking for advice or insights on our new community (e.g. How do we sign our son up for soccer?)!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Scott & Stacy (and their team) to anyone looking for a home in the San Ramon Valley — they’re the total package!

I approached Scott Fuller for our first home purchase. I am glad my friend had referred Scott Fuller.
Scott Fuller understands my requirement and updates me with new listings.
As I am a first time buyer, I had several questions some were very basic.
Scott (and his team) had listened to those and have explained to the detail.
I should also mention the great work by Stacy and Liana, who helped me along with Scott in this process.
They are genuine, prompt and very helpful.
I found my first home buying experience very satisfying.

First time home buyer. Scott came highly recommended and I have no regrets choosing his team. Everything went so smoothly throughout the whole process. They provided a great email service for sending me updates on new listings in my search areas and price range. Scott was always early to our appointments to check out the properties I was interested in. Excellent communication and quick response times made it easy to work with his team over email and text to negotiate pricing, arrange inspections, and all the various details with the seller and listing agent. Got me all the necessary docs over email along the way and was able to sign them digitally. Glad to have found the perfect home and THANK YOU for making the crazy process as stress free as possible!

I had the pleasure of working with Scott and team from a personal referral. As a first time prospective home owner, this was a scary undertaking, and we weren’t exactly looking forward to the process.
Through out the lifetime of the search and eventual purchase, Scott was timely, professional, and helpful. I felt that he was genuinely interested in getting us the best home, for the best price, given what we could afford. He was well known in the area, and I felt that his congenialness played a big part in landing us our first home.
The Fuller team is «with it» in terms of technology as well. They use online docusign to expedite the laborious documenting, and employ a great site that helps with property searching, compared to zillow which seems to have very outdated information.
I’ve only been through the home buying process once, so I cant be very objective about how good or bad it can be. I do feel that we lucked out here, and received a quality experience for a first go around.

I have nothing but praise for Scott, Stacy, and everyone I came into contact with at the Fuller Group. Their knowledge and experience regarding short sales was apparent from the first time we met with Scott, and throughout the entire process they made our short sale feel easy and stress-​free. Just having people behind us that knew all the steps to take and in what order to take them was a huge relief after struggling on our own for so long. They quickly set up an open house and found the right prospective buyers for our property. We had several offers within the first week it was on the market. They took care of all communication with the bank, answered all questions promptly and fully, and used email for sending and signing necessary documents. When a particular document needed a notary’s signature, they sent one to our house over the weekend at no additional cost to us. They were extremely courteous, professional, kind, and easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone who is buying or selling a house, especially if you are looking for someone to guide you through the short sale process successfully.

When it came time to sell our home in San Ramon (Windemere) I interviewed a few realtors who called themselves «area experts». I felt like these realtors were expert talkers and I left these meetings without a clear picture of how they were going to sell my house. Then I met with Scott Fuller. Scott eased any worries and concerned I had by simply explaining the selling process and going over the plan to sell my house. He gave me suggestions on what to do with the items in my home so it would appeal to more buyers and how to spruce up the landscaping. Scott has been in real estate for a long time and is very knowledgeable of what is going on in real estate and the current market. Not only did Scott have a plan to sell my house, he sold it quickly with multiple offers and negotiated a rent back for us from the new owners. When it came time for my family to buy a home in San Ramon, I called Scott! If you are reading these reviews trying to find a realtor, I suggest calling Scott and you will see why he is my family’s realtor of choice!

Scott and his team, mainly Stacy, were instrumental in getting our short sale completed in Oakland. He is extremely knowledgable and will be able to answer any question you have regarding your Short Sale. Going into a SS is a long and sometimes scary process of waiting, taking a step forward then waiting some more. Scott and his team made our SS a breeze and took all the stress of negotiations away from us. We would highly recommend him for any real estate services you may need. You won’t be disappointment when you get the call that your house has closed escrow!
