My son loves this place very much. The Chinese program is outstanding, within 2 months I can tell the huge difference. Teachers are nice, professional, The pick up fee is about $ 4.50/per trip for my son school, which is very reasonable, his driver Kevin is very nice, reliable, never late once. We paid $ 30 book fees too, but it is for total 3 books, each book is $ 10. They do charge $ 200 deposit fee which gives back on the last month of the school year, I do remember in order to get deposit back in the middle of the school year, it requires 30 days notice. We are very happy with iBest, we will put our daughter there as soon as she enters Kindergarten.

Zero star. This is a terrible place. My kid hate it here. Driver that was paid to pick up my kid failed to pick up my kid once and left her stranded at school. School called my wife at work. Same driver often talk on phone while driving 6 kids and is mean according to kids. When we complained, little was done to help. Eventually they changed driver after multiple complaints. New driver picks up kids late often. Previous driver still working there putting other kids in danger. Terrible management. New assistant manager, Ms Alicia, took over about mid school year. She was mean to kids. Treat them unfairly. Made kids cry. No kids like her from what I hear. Yell at kids for using papers. Restricted my daughter eating time to 10 minutes. She eats slow and loves to eat. My daughter said she wish she was not here at iBest this year. We forced her here thinking she would get good teaching after school. Turns out, teaching was not good either. They bought a workbook and made her do it. Doesn’t really go over things with her. Lots of things were done wrong in book. Forced us to pay extra for book. I was told not much teaching was done. I found same workbook online for $ 10 at end of school year. Think they charged me $ 30 for book and few hundreds for teaching. Could have just done it myself. Terrible place. Don’t come here. Very small place and overcrowded. No place for kids to play during free time. No playgrounds. However, they are good at collecting money from you. They charge extra for driver to pick up your kid, charge you late fee, keep your $ 200 deposit if you leave before end of school year. Don’t torture your kids. Stay away from iWorst. I mean iBest…

My son was in iBest Learning there and he loves there very much. Environment is clean, bright and friendly. Teachers are patient and thoughtful to every single kid. Ms. Alma is one of the best person there. They are very organized and communicate with kids and parents very well. Too bad we have to move; otherwise, my son will stay there with no doubt.
