Grout and Out

We used this new business about a year ago and I have always wanted to review them and now is the time. We received a quote for cleaning and re-​selaing the shower tile and replacing the caulking, it was a bit lower than others that we receive so I said why not. Two things to know up front they are not insured and they use the BBB (Better Business Bureau) logo on their paper work and are not members of the Better Business Bureau. They came in cleaned the grout re-​sealed it and re-​caulked the tub, asked my husband if it looked ok and he said sure it looked great all the black stuff seemed to be gone. Next morning I get in the shower and guess what, as soon as the water hit the tile all the black was back. Call them and he wants to argue with me that my husband said it was fine… no very good customer service skills. He finally said he would come look at it. After two failed appointments and no phone call he finally returns my call show up and re-​does the job. The end result was just OK.
I could not and would not recommend this company.
