Fastball Computer

A neighbor from Nextdoor recommended Scott with Fastball Computer. My computer wasn’t running properly and windows 8 was corrupted. Scott cleaned it up! Called on a Sunday with router issues. Scott came over within the hour and helped install the new router we had gotten along with helping my husband make windows 8.1 more user friendly. He did not charge a surcharge for working Sunday and explained in terms we could comprehend. Will definitely use again.

Last week my trusty Dell lap top computer on a reboot said i was now missing some file i never heard of and that the computer would not run at all until i reinstalled this strange missing file… was i hacked, did i have malware. i could not figure it out… so, i went on my wifes computer and googled for a computer repair service in my town of Danville… up pops FASTBALL COMPUTER. picked up the phone and called for an appointment… Scott who answered said he was leaving on a mini vacation that day but could i come right away. i did and what a suprise! Scott who is the owner went right to work on my computer and did some scanning, etc… found out i wasn’t hacked and didn’t have any malware, but determined i had a corrupted device driver which he fixed by reinstalling the drvice driver. I was amazed at Scotts knowledge and expertise and how thorough he was. I would recommend him to anybody who needs computer help.
This is a first class operation!

I left Scott a VM last Thursday (7−18−13) in regards to a non working PC. He called me back within the hour and told me that he’d be happy to take a look at it/​fix it. I dropped the computer off at his shop later that night and I told him that I needed it back ASAP. Well to my surprise Scott diagnosed the problem and had it fixed/​ready to roll on Saturday (7−20−13).

I used Scott’s services many times over the years and finally decided to write a review. Originally he came to my house and figured out that my DELL desktop computer had a broken power supply. He fixed it and took the time to show me how to do it myself too, which I wanted. Since then he has returned on a few occasions to fix my broken disk that would not spin (he put it in the freezer and it somehow fixed it!), helped me upgrade and buy more computers, and moved files from old ones to new ones. Scott is professional, prompt and I will use his services again
