Established in 1990.

CIMS, one of only a select few CACM Certified Management firms in Northern California, is a leader in the Community Association Management industry and represents over 200 residential and commercial Associations in the Greater Bay Area. CIMS manages communities of all sizes and types, and work with both new communities and established ones. The company formed in 1990 as a sole proprietorship and then changed to a corporation in 1993. Headquartered in Danville, CIMS maintains a fully staffed office consisting of Community Association Managers, Customer Service Professionals, a full service Accounting Department, a maintenance team, and an Escrow Department. CIMS also has offices in San Mateo and Campbell to better service our increasing client base along the Highway 101 & 280 corridors and South Bay Area.
