Staples The Office Superstore

Sales associates are lazy and unhelpful. They look at my like I have six heads when I ask for help. More interested in gossiping behind the desk with one another and drinking dunkins iced coffee. Hate to post such a negative review but it’s like this every time I go.

there is not much ‘super’ about this super store. i was looking for a file sorter to put bills and letters in … their selection was meager and the prices were very high so i moved on. next i looked for stickers that are little coloured dots. finally found someone to ask where they were and they had 1 type. they were expensive. they had stickers in several places in the store. the ones with skulls were priced right, but wouldn’t work for my purposes. i’m not impressed overall with their inventory of office supplies.

Went in earlier this week to get some supplies for a school project. What I thought would be a few cheap things I needed turned into a lot more than expected. The last item on my list was just a few sheets of black paper. Asked the manager for some help since I couldn’t find any, two of them went to work looking for me but all we could find left was a $ 10 pack of about 150 sheets of card stock. Way more than I needed or could spend on 10 sheets. The manager very generously offered it to me at the price of the construction paper I had originally been looking for. I was very grateful and so was my student bank account! Everyone there was very friendly and eager to jump at a chance to help their customers. Thanks again!

This place is a JOKE, a simple print job nothing complicated takes 4 – 5 hours as stated by the one of two people operating this store. The management staff could care less about their customers needs. This place needs an over haul with its management for having such poor service in the afternoon. If i had the option to not give a star i would. Save yourself the time and energy and just avoid this location. We got our printing done within 5 mins and all we had to do was drive to FED-​EX KINKOS where they were super helpful.

June 3^rd. Rolled on over to Staples to get some fliers copied. Not so tough. Well, first the color copier «was not going to be delivered until tomorrow». Okay, so black and white, right? Not so fast… can’t do that «because someone left a job stuck in the print que last night and jammed it». Okay, maybe just print one copy for me and I will copy my very own. You’d guess Staples could print one copy correct? Well, you would be wrong. Now, suddenly «all copiers» are out! So then they sent me out in the rain to Kinko’s which is closed on Sundays. Anyone know of a print shop that can actually print things?
