The contact lens fitters at Parrelli Optical are revered as some of the best in industry and are nationally recognized within higher education. We design and fit all types of contact lenses, including lenses for astigmatism, multifocals, gas permeable lenses, and specialty lenses for irregular corneas.

Meet the Business Owner

John P.

Business Owner

John Parrelli, FCLSA, ABO and NCLE-​AC Certified is the founder of Parrelli Optical. He is a licensed optician, contact lens specialist certified in refractometry. He is Board member of the Opticians Association of Massachusetts, Board member of the Contact Lens Society of America, and elite member of the National Academy of Opticianry.

John’s interest in optics began in his early teens and was nurtured by several mentors in the industry. By 1978, he had amassed 18 years working for and learning from other professionals and was ready to strike out on his own. As the practice has grown, John has never lost sight of his core values or his enthusiasm for tackling the most challenging cases, which has become the practice’s specialty.
