Please, avoid this company for your transportation services, if you can. Absolutely unreliable, rude people that work there who don’t care about people who they provide the services for. I am working on filing my complaint with DDS shortly to change it to more reliable company.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who has a special needs child and needs transportation. This bus company is amazing, I have a 20 year old Son with Autism and I am more than familiar with the different bus companies out there and this is the only company I have not had issues with. My Son has been using Masstran for the last 5 years on and off. They are always prompt, very friendly to him and always keep in contact with me. Meagan in the office is always accommodating to his busy schedule and any changes we have and is very prompt in responding to any requests I have. I actually fight my school district to keep my Son with this company and it is well worth it!

There is so much wrong with this company that I don’t even know where to start, not sure they should be transporting handicapped people though because they lost my handicapped family member twice and deny that they did, failed to pick him up, arrived 1 and a half hours late for drop off with no explanation, and if you have to call them they are the rudest people — they scream at you, lie and never apologize when they mess up, not once did anyone from this company call and apologize to me for loosing my son and dropping him off at the wrong place, twice, instead they got angry with me. Some of the drivers are so rude they don’t even say «Hello» to the handicapped person — really is it that hard to be kind to someone with a disability? And they scream at you if you try to make sure they know where to drop him off. Thank god we were able to change to another transportation company after filing a complaint with DDS and HST. Avoid this company if you can.

Mass Tran is specialized transportation. They provide transport to elders and disabled adults, as well as the non disabled adults.
They contract with adult day health centers, day habilitation programs, nursing homes, and others to provide daily, weekly, or just one trip transport.
All types of transport are available: Ambulatory as well as wheelchair. Their drivers are kind, patient, and professional, even with the most difficult or challenging customer.
Mark and Phil are the owners and they work hard to make sure that their service is safe and on time.
They work with the agency’s to make sure all issues or problems are resolved.
I fully endorse Mass Tran for any person that may need specialized transportation.
