Today I am providing residential loan financing to home buyers, people looking to refinance and seek general real estate questions. I specialize in distressed asset financing, which is bank-​owned, short sales and the like. Because the way the housing market is today, it’s important to understand all the variables with lending and real estate.

I’m a nationally licensed loan originator… NMLS #46 922

Major bank loan officers are not required to have this designation. Therefore they have not been subject to background checks, financial checks or required to pass education requirements like I was required to do. That’s why working with a larger company for a mortgage is very difficult because they can’t give you the right answers. Keeping it local is very important today when buying a house.
