Absolutely a five star place. The bar is beautiful it reminds me of a ski lodge with all the wilderness décor. The dining area is very simple it gives you that at home feeling. They have the bar separated from the dining areA, that makes it more family friendly. The waitresses remember you and know what you usually drink. Tiffany is friendly and always has a smile on. The only time we had to wait long was when the town was having an event. It was packed and my kids started to get crabby so the owner came over and took my children around to look at the animals until the food came. They really are great people there. The burgers are the best I have had. And the fish fry is huge. The prices are great. I don’t have a single bad thing to say about it. We eat there a lot and it not often you can find a place that has never had one thing wrong with it. I wasn’t sure about it when I first walked in the dining area but now we can’t eat there enough … And we also enjoy having a few drinks at the bar. Its the only bar we will go to in town.

Best Restaurant in town! Working a job in Dansville that has me here 3 or 4 days at a time. Unilocaled this place and it had good reviews so we tried it. This place knows how to cook! Wings, pizza, chicken, steaks, burgers. Really good. No lit sign out front so you’re not sure if you have the right place or not. No sign over the door. But the cars in the parking lot tell the story.

We stopped while traveling from Rochester to Binghamton. Love the local places and this was a gem. Our waitress Natasha was super. The food was excellent. French chicken was delicious. Sizzling steak a winner!

Really cool place as in that it’s a house that’s been converted to a restaurant. Unique food choices, and as you guess, a home cooked feel. I’d go back, food stuck to my insides and was overall good. Waitress wasn’t too knowledgeable, but otherwise a good experience.

Jon H. pegs it. The place is a bit of a dive and unassuming. So busy I was surprised the barmaid was keeping up, but she was doing a spectacular job of it. Food is okay, the bar food that is — my wings, though, were undercooked– still raw near the bone, so I couldn’t finish them. On the plus side, I’m still standing, the raw chicken didn’t hurt me. I wouldn’t object to stopping in again if I’m in the area, but if it’s THAT busy again, I might opt to go elsewhere.

First off if you aren’t familiar with the area this place might not be the easiest place in the world to find, if you put the address into gps you will wind up at a gate outside the airport. I don’t know the actual address but if you take the road behind the mobile it’s down at the end of the road on the left hand side. This is a very unassuming place, if it was on diners, drive ins and dives it might be seen as more of a dive. The outside doesn’t look great but the inside is very nice and there are two sections, the bar and the dining room, the bar has limited seating but some cool mounted animals. Service is very good, the waitress we had was attentive and she was on top of the water filling, which is very important. She was not pushy and had a great personality. The food is very good at this restaurant. My date had a casadia and I had an oriental chicken wrap, the menu is so big that it was sort of my third choice but I didn’t want to take too much time and just ordered that, I was glad I did. The chicken was well fried and not greasy, the sauce was pretty good and the wrap, well standard was delicious. My date really enjoyed her food also and said it had a nice kick to it, it was filled with chicken and veggies and jalapenos. My fries were a little over fried for what i’m used too but they were still pretty tasty. All in all the food was very good and i’m looking forward to trying different things, hopefully their chicken Marsala is as good as it looks. If you are in the area and want a restaurant that is affordable, delicious and relaxing you won’t do much better than this restaurant.

They get 5 stars just based off what else is in this town, this place is hands down the best place in this town! Good appetizers, soups, salads, then for entrees they have a little of everything steaks, pasta, fish, seafood, pizza etc… and from what I’ve heard it’s all really really good, I know the Ribs and mashed potatoes were great, I tried some of Tony’s Steak and it was cooked to perfection so so good! The appearance of this place is a little scary but once you make it into the place it’s really nice for the area, with decent seating and a lot of stuff wild animals, cougars, bears, goats etc…
