History

Established in 1972.

Business was established in 1972 and grew steadily for years, becoming one of the largest Motorcycle Parts and Accessories Store in South Florida. With a well established reputation for quality, promptness and attention to detail. The owner, wishing to retire sold the business in 2012 and since then the company has continued to grow and offer its unsurpassed quality and variety of products with the lowest price garantee. A+ company.
Holiday week, couldn’t find anybody locally in Palm beach county to order or install new rear tire on my softail deluxe Harley .
Spoke to them on a Wednesday, they ordered tire, installed on a Thursday .
Can’t believe it somebody actually came through with what they said.
I’m a Business owner, I know what I’m talking about. I will be returning.

I’ve been going there so long that I can still remember the numerous dogs laying around inside. Not sure if that was a previous owner. It used to be a really raw store with dogs laying all over the place and dust everywhere. They made a great effort in cleaning it up and making it look like a professional retail store. Great helmet selection and good prices on just about everything. Another nice touch is the effort they do in helping solve problems and order special parts. Because of the great investigative and research assistance they provide to their customers, it sometimes takes a long time to get rung up for an item, such as a quart of oil. It could take 20 minutes of standing there while they talk to someone else, just to pay for it. That’s a little frustrating. But, when I’m the person who they are spending time doing the research for, and it’s someone else standing there waiting, I’m a happy guy :)

The people at Competition Cycles were great. They helped me out of a jam… I got a flat on a Sunday morning and I still had over 300 miles to my destination in St. Augustine, FL. Tito from AAA took me to Competition and they had the tires (I had them change both), a good price, and I was in and out in an hour. I was the first on the service list so that helped. Sat in the comfortable chairs, played pool and browsed their good selection. They saved my trip and I got home just in time to get rained on… no worries, at least i was home. Thanks again for the help. Not to be short with praise but Tito from AAA was excellent as well. Craig B

This is a great place to shop … Nice people, great selection and even a Pool table to hang out at while they are doing work on your bike! They have a great selection of Helmets of all price ranges and Duke is the guy you want to talk to about helmets… he knows a lot! All the prices of everything I have bought there (tires, helmet, grips, jackets and more) over the last several years, have been below what I could have bought them for online, no shipping costs AND you can try them on and see the quality … which you can’t do with stuff purchased online! I would definitely check this place out. You won’t be disappointed.

Greatest selection of gear, helmets, tires, and parts in south florida. Prices are obviously a little more than Ebay… duh… but for being a store you can actually go to… way worth it!

Btw to the chick who wrote the bad review, sorry about your experience but this is a «biker» store. Real bikers aren’t exactly known for being sugary sweet. Lol I’ve never had an issue with anyone at that store.

I rarely write a bad review but when it comes to poor customer service they need to be blasted. Walked in and not even greeted. Asked the front desk gentlemen for help to see if something was avaliable and he didn’t even acknowledge us. He just took my item walked away came back check the computer to finally speak and say the part wasn’t available, that he would have to order. Not once did he speak in a respectful manner. He acted like he didn’t want to help nor be there.
In addition everything is over priced. You can easily find everything alot cheaper on ebay. I needed a last minute item so decided to go there but after the shitty service I don’t plan to go back.
Too bad I’m the first review and it’s a bad one…
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone…
