The quality of training here is freakin awesome. I’ve been in the fighting world since I was 8. I’ve trained at a lot of different boxing gyms and martial art schools. There’s top-​notch quality here.
The workouts here definitely get you conditioned and toned. And if you want to learn how to fight, Bonnie will teach you how to fight. She’s a world-​champ boxer & kickboxer!
Very clean gym. Friendly environment — no attitude here. In the group classes, you’ll probably see pros/​amateurs/​women/​men/​kids of all experience & fitness levels sparring with each other. Everybody has good control, but ppl here know how to push you to get better.
Bonnie Canino, the owner/​trainer, is an awesome and genuine person who’s always in your corner. She’ll help you achieve your fitness/​fighting goals. It’s what keeps me coming back!

I’ve been boxing here for 3 years. This place is the real deal. It’s not some fluffy L. A fitness gym. It’s a real boxing gym, and the coach, Bonnie Canino, is a former world champ. Fantastic place, but if you’re going to go there you’re going to work hard. She gives great instruction, and everyone there becomes sort of a boxing family. When I started I didn’t even know how to jump rope. Everyone is very helpful and supportive, you just have to keep at it and you’ll learn. Great place. Superb!
Oh, and the classes are co-​ed and multi-​level. It’s better that way. You learn something from everyone there. :-)

This is the real deal: a true boxing gym owned and run by a former professional boxer. I’ve gone and worked out by myself, using the punching bags and jumping rope; but the best way to get in shape there is with the classes. I go twice a week, in the early evenings, and it’s a super tough, but fun, workout. It’s not luxurious, but they make sure you get a killer workout: everything from jumping jacks, to sparring, to using the various punching bags. I will keep going back, that’s for sure!
