Business Owner

I am the founder and CEO of Pool-​X-​Perts USA. As a former aircraft mechanic I eventually grew disillusioned with the crazy hours and ups and downs of the airline business. Finally, after September 11, I knew I had to find something else. A fellow mechanic introduced me to his part-​time pool and spa business. I quickly became fascinated with this industry and started learning as much as I could about pool and spa service, repairs, and remodeling. I took over servicing eight residential accounts and soon knew I had found a home. The expressed gratitude for a job well done was addictive. However, I quickly realized something was missing in the pool and spa service industry. The attention to detail and strict adherence to safety standards, etc. that I had learned from the aviation industry were either disregarded or often unknown. There was an opportunity to provide a higher standard of service to the owners of residential pools and spas. This is our mission. exceptional service!
