Our daily lunch specials consist of a main protein dish with rice and beans, fried plantains and a small salad For example, a few of our lunch signature dishes are: On Wednesdays, Ropa Vieja, known as Old Clothes, it is a savory shredded beef dish prepared with all the island spices and is accompanied with rice and beans. On Thursday, we have my favorite, Bistec en Cazuela, Steak in a Pot, which is a mouthwatering steak served in a tasty Cuban sauce over white rice, mmmmmm yummy! As far as Latin breakfasts go, this is as close to home as your gonna get!!! Always on point delicious and love the staff! Emilio always makes my Collada exactly how I like it and the breakfast is made to order. They also cater so make sure you ask them what’s on the menu.

We stopped here just before heading to the airport. It was a great last stop in Florida, and our first time experiencing Cuban cuisine. It had the feel of authenticity, very delicious, earthy food. A GREAT first impression of this style of cooking. The plantain chips with garlic aioli are now one of my favorite foods!
Definitely give this place a try! Large portions for great prices.

Perfect place to stop on your way to lauderdale, coming into dania or getting on 95 or 595 for a big drive! Friendly crew and incredible food. I stop in as often as I can to grab a cortadito and breakfast plate that has eggs, bacon and cuban toast perfectly buttered. The cuban sandwiches are amazing as well. I would like to get adventurous with the menu as there are so many things that I see other people get! Plenty of parking and outdoor seating as well.

The quality of food is amazing. The red beans and rice are way better then black beans. This is the freshest Cuban food I have ever tasted. It’s super small. But so worth it.
