My county has a better recycling program than yours! How so? We recycle glass! All recyclables do need to be separated, but they take tin cans, plastic 1&2, cardboard, aluminum, paper and even used oil, electronics, & large appliances. Glass needs to be sorted by color, and plastic by number. You must have a Jefferson county drivers license or utility bill in order to used this facility.
