Mr. Brown has received bachelor’s degrees in political science and anthropology from the University of Tennessee, and his juris doctor degree from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the State of Tennessee and the Federal Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee. In addition to his hometown practice, he serves as a judge advocate with the Tennessee Army National Guard, and is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
