The man who picked up my trash for years and came faithfully every week and never over charged me sold to these clowns. They have been «picking up» my trash for the last 8 weeks and they have not shown up FIVE of those weeks. Every time I call, the girls who answer the phone are very nice and they credit me for the missed pick up but no one ever apologizes and they act like this happens all the time. A few times they said they would have someone out to pick up my trash that day and no one even shows up then! I have never gotten to speak to a manager, no one seems to care about the quality of their service. Awful. I don’t care if I wind up having to pay more, I am going elsewhere.
