Weeks Pre Owned Center

One of the main reasons I love my Audi is because of the outstanding service I have always received from Dave at Danbury Audi. So when it came time to replace my son’s car, I never considered shopping anywhere else. I started looking at the certified pre-​owned cars, and ended up getting my son a great A3. He is thrilled, and Dan made it as easy as possible. I have now bought three Audis at Weeks and will never consider going elsewhere for a pre-​owned.

After ending up off a snowy-​icy driveway once too often, I decided I needed a car built for Ct winters. Research showed a one year old the A-​4 was the answer. I dealt with New Country Audi in Greenwich and Weeks Audi in Danbury. My Weeks-​Danbury experience was totally professional. My experience with New Country Audi was a nightmare.
Kim Christianson was my sales-​person at weeks. He was low-​key and extremely knowledgeable, yet didn’t overwhelm with information. Everything was smooth and professional. I got the right car at the right place at a fair price.
Meanwhile, I had made an appointment with Vivian at New Country to see an A-​4 they’d advertised on line. I drove down an hour to keep the appointment – arrived exactly on time to encounter NO CAR. I saw pictures on line, but there was no car at the dealership. And no contact from them warning me off of a 3 hour waste of time. Who does business like that? Who has so little disregard for a prospect who is going to buy a car that week???
So the point of this is that people who get good service, and the treatment they expect don’t tend to write reviews. People who feel burned and who get angry do. So I’m both people, and I probably wouldn’t be writing about how things went exactly as they should have at Weeks if things hadn’t gone so terribly with New Country.

This was probably the easiest deal this used– car salesman has ever made in his life. I knew what car I wanted and was going to get it regardless of who sold it to me. There were a few little annoying things that turned me off and left a bad taste in my mouth. I probably wouldn’t go back and buy another car from this dealer. I guess spending big bucks on a used car isn’t as important to them as retail on a brand new vehicle.
