I love coming to their service department. The service is always timely and friendly. Plus I never feel like they are overselling me or trying to rip me off. I live in MA now but I try to arrange service on my car for when I’ll be visiting my parents so I can come here.

From the moment I arrived I was warmly greeted and immediately taken care of. Mike is wonderful. He explained what was going to be done. And even noted there was a new recall on my vehicle that had just come out the day before my visit. My daughter and I waited in the lounge area and had a delicious cup of coffee. Mike came and got us when we were done. Explained the recall was not necessary because we had the right trailer hitch installed. And we were on our way! I drive almost 2 hours from Kingston, NY for my 2015 Chevrolet Colorado to be serviced. Even if it’s only an oil change. I feel valued and appreciated by the Service Dept. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Monte was helpful and courteous throughout. He gave us the time and space we needed to make the purchasing decision, and answered questions about the sale honestly and patiently (this was my first new car so not familiar with the process).

I bought a new Buick from Ingersoll Auto Of Danbury last week. It is a hard to find model, and Aaron Whitlock not only found the exact model and Color combo that I wanted, but had it picked it up for me from another dealer in Rhode Island. I’ve bought a lot of vehicles in my day (36 yrs driving) and have had a lot of experience with dealerships. This was, by far, the best experience I’ve ever had or even heard about. Not only will I recommend this dealership to everyone I know, I will also hold Ingersoll up as the standard to any other dealership I hear of that friends and family encounter.
They’ve over-​delivered on customer service, customer understanding, product knowledge, and kindness.

I went there 3 years ago. They took my trade in away and came back with a trade in more than $ 2,000 below trade in value posted on line. After giving me the number they asked if the price sounded correct. I thanked them and bought my Equinox elsewhere. I said nothing about this at the other dealership and they offered me over $ 2,000 more than Ingersol. I’ll never go back there.

My husband bought his car here and always gets his car serviced here. They do a great job every time. It’s easy to get an appointment and they always give back the car on the same day!

I would marry our salesman Dave Bruckenthal — This was the best car experience we have ever had — even made it possible for us to get the car on Mothers Day!!! Best Mothers Day ever!!! Great communication and they go out of their way to make sure you are happy.

Brought my vehicle in because some service lights came on. The issue was identified and parts had to be ordered. As soon as the parts came in my Service Advisor Don Basil called me to set up an appointment to have the service done. He got me in right away. I couldn’t leave while the repair was being performed and waited. The lounge area is comfortable with coffee and WiFi which allowed me to get online to work. It was also nice that someone walked through the lounge offering bottled water to all waiting customers. The service was completed well within the time frame I was told that was needed. Don explained to me the work what was done to my vehicle using OEM parts and I appreciate his professionalism and clear communication throughout.

Dawn, in Service, is exceptional. She has excellent interpersonal skills, is knowledgeable about my car, its warranties and all things service related and always has a smile. My car was serviced as expected and Dawn communicated with me throughout the process. My car is running how it should be, which doesn’t always happen in other dealerships. The other people in service are always cheerful and the woman who went over the loaner agreement was super kind too. Shep is fabulous and is always available when needed. He is the reason I love this place! I will always buy and service my car at Ingersol.

Stumbled upon this dealership on google and I’m glad I did it was a very easy and pleasant experience. I worked with Jeff Casas. He had zero intention of just making a sale and pushing me out the door. He was genuinely concerned with my interest and budget. I came in with my heart set on a terrain and instead of pushing me out of my comfort zone to buy it, he suggested a very similar vehicle that worked with my budget. He was intuitive, knowledgable and answered any and all questions I had.

Great experience buying a used car. No problems no hassles. Ask for Chris he is new but was very nice. Also, thanks to Mike and the finance guy for making it easy.

I was referred to Ingersoll by a friend of mine, who generally said they had a good selection of cars and good service. Ingersoll by far exceeded my expectations.
Throughout the entire process, I never felt rushed or like I was wasting someone’s time (as I have been made to feel at other dealers). Everyone I came in contact with made sure that I wasn’t being rushed, that all my questions were answered and on top of that, every single staff member I met was a friendly and always had a smile on their face.
Then it got even better during the car buying process. I was constantly kept up-​to-​date on the status of my car and paperwork. I was told EXACTLY what I needed to bring, and they handled EVERYTHING. From calling my insurance company to transfer to my new car, to registration to setting up my satellite radio, basically anything that comes with buying a car, they either took car of themselves or made it ridiculously easy for me to do.
If you’re looking for a car, I would HIGHLY suggest that you go to Ingersoll. This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and I can’t wait to continue my relationship with this dealership.
*Note: I live about 45 mins to an hour away from the dealership, and it was well worth the drive every time.

I had to arrange a time to come in for 2 recalls that were issued on my 2006 Malibu. I had received notice that 1 part was in stock and the customer service rep I talked to looked to see if the second item could get taken care of as well, and they were able to.
I also asked if a general safety inspection could be completed because I was going on a long road trip, and they took care of two items (one of which I had a feeling needed to be taken care of) and the other of was one I was not aware of. I was out of town so I asked if they could take a picture of the seal that needed to be replaced, and they took a picture for me and sent the image.
All in all, I had a great experience and the items that needed to be taken care of were taken care of by the time I returned from my work trip.

Exceptional service. Shuttle service, Saturday hours and open late. Very pleased with a dozen or so experiences with this dealership. One of the best service centers for GM in the southern Fairfield County area. They standby the Service preformed on your auto for instance the technician forgot to reset the tire pressure monitoring system resulting to a trip back to dealership. The service manager gave us a complimentary synthetic oil change next time in. Complimentary car wash after each service is also a plus.

I have been going a Chevrolet dealership in Danbury for 10 years. First at Danbury Chevrolet, then at Ingersoll. I have had dealings with 5 vehicles with them and they have all been great. I have purchased 3 new vehicles from them, all from Phil LaRiccia and he has been great — knowledgeable and courteous.
I have also had very good experiences with their service department. I have brought all of my vehicles there for service and general maintenance. In all the years I have had only one problem, and they worked with me to resolve it in an expedient and more than satisfactory manner.
I have now moved states away and dread looking for a new dealership to take my vehicles to.

Had a great sales experience with Lisa Provenzano who went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and received everything we were promised. Fantastic attitude and dedication to customer satisfaction. Was the most pleasant buying experience I have ever had — despite a few bumps in the road.
