Give in to temptation at The Market Place at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel, offering a wide variety of coffee, espresso, sweet treats and more. Early risers can begin their glorious day in Dana Point with a selection of gourmet coffee drinks, pastries and other breakfast items. Throughout the day, guests will be tempted with homemade sweets from the pastry kitchen and a variety of Paninis and freshly made sandwiches. The Market Place is open daily from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

This grab and go outlet was part of the transformation that has taken place at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel. Moving away from a traditional fine dining restaurant, the resort added The Market Place to satisfy guests looking for fresh healthy choices «on the go».

Chef Brian S.
Manager
Executive Pastry Chef Brian Sundeen joined the Laguna Niguel culinary team in 2010. His tenure with Ritz-Carlton includes pastry chef positions at Huntington Hotel & Spa (now the Langham Pasadena), Reynolds Plantation and open pastry chef for Moscow. Chef Sundeen graduated from the Orange County School of Culinary arts in both culinary and pastry tracts. He also is a graduate of the French Pastry School in Chicago.
