Jib R.
Business Owner
Chef Jib is passionate about food. Being in the restaurant business for over 30+ years, he has worked almost every position of a restaurant: from the back of the house to the front, he’s been a busboy and back.
He derives his cooking from most of his mother’s recipes back in Thailand, adding a little twist to each. He has no formal cooking education, self-trained but most people can agree with a bite of his food that he’s onto something.
