I can’t tell you how disappointed I am in this service. April was very solicitous and an excellent housecleaner. But, the first time was over-​the-​top, the second time okay and the third time a no-​show. The first time she came 20 minutes late, the second time she didn’t show all and when I called she said that we scheduled a different day. She then came an alternate day and came an hour and 20 minutes late. The first time she cleaned for six hours straight fabulously and the second time for four hours with less zeal and less of a result. I think April has a problem with responsibility, accountability and punctuality! I would not recommend getting involved with this house cleaning service. Disappointing! In reading other reviews, it seems April does have this kind of problem.

VERY DISAPPOINTING.
April cleaned for us last month, and I was happy that she was open to having my dogs around, as this is huge for us so they are not cooped up all day in a room. Because of this, I signed up for a monthly service. She is the only one cleaning a large house, and under the circumstances, she did an okay job. I did find myself however, cleaning my own shower floor that was never touched and wiping down streaks all over my kitchen.
Yesterday, 2 minutes before she was scheduled, I received an email (not a call) stating that she needed to reschedule because one of her employees was in a car accident, and she needed to go help her. We scheduled our entire day around her visit, so we were disappointed, but understanding… accidents happen.
We rescheduled for today at 9:30am. It is now 10:45. No April, no call, no email. She has not responded to my call or email asking if she is still coming. We have guests this weekend and really relied on her services.
Very disappointed to say the least. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

If you need a great housekeeper, look no further. April was on time, brought all her own cleaning supplies and most importantly, made my house sparkling clean. April is super to work with. She is very thorough and does a fantastic job. When I need a hand getting the place clean, April will get the call.

April is amazing… This was my first time ever using her services and i was nervous because i wouldnt be able to be at the house when she arrived since i work 30 minutes away… But she assured me everything was fine and i could leave the key under the mat for her. After going back and forth with the thought, i decided to do that and i left her my key under my mat and the check on the counter. When i came home from work i was in shock. The house was spotless… I could actually walk on the carpet without stepping on crumbs or dirt. She is fantastic. And ive set up a recurring time with her to keep making my house sparkle. I recommend April to everyone. Great price, trustworthy, and she brings her own supplies!!! Cant get better than that!

This company can clean! I have already used them a few times (when I was home on maternity leave and also before and after I had my daughter’s birthday party). The cleaning person came on time, did her work within the hours I was quoted and really impressed me at how much she accomplished. I honestly wasn’t expecting more than basic wipe downs, dusting, bathroom washing, etc… but this girl went above my expectations! She spoke English (not that there’s anything wrong with other languages) so I was able to converse with her a bit and get to know her instead of the usual putting at what needs to be cleaned, hand over the check after a quick look over and wave good bye. She was really sweet and friendly, I def trusted her to come in on a Friday afternoon while I was at work and clean my house in preparation for the birthday party the following day. Coming home to an extremely clean home was so refreshing! If this company offered to cook as well then I think it would be heaven on earth. Haha But seriously, worth every penny I’ve spent thus far and it won’t be the last time I use her!
