Through her new company MintFly Media she has created powerful connections with customers by making impeccable web designs over and over again. Proven leadership and ability to develop highly effective and measurable strategies to drive revenue growth, build successful teams, increase customer acquisition, and expand brand awareness.

I have extensive experience in print, web design and viral promotions for a wide range of small, medium, and large companies. My broad expertise includes — web design, web campaigns, site architecture, flash and social media strategies. I have a track record of creating, award-​winning interactive designs that result in increased sales.

Proficient with web analytics including: identifying key metrics and developing reports for SilverPop, Omniture and Webtrends. Technical experience includes: Flash, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Sharepoint Designer, Photoshop, Illustrator, social media tools and content management systems. (WordPress, Magento, Sharepoint).
