How can you sell a 64 year old man a breakfast sandwich, and then lock the bathrooms. There should be some kind of law that they need to have bathrooms available. Or do I need to bring my doctor’s excuse to go to the bathroom at McDonald’s. Definitely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Hopefully we can get the Better Business Bureau to close these people down. It doesn’t really look like we live in Orange County anymore

No STARS, disgusting place. Rude staff. Diner always dirty with bugs. Laguna niguel McDonald’s is definitely the better McDonald’s.

I cannot lie. This business did indeed fulfilled my needs. However, I do have one complaint. As soon as I returned home, I clamped my ass cheeks on the surface of my toilet seat. Before I could even touch the shaft of my penis, I was dumping the chocolate dragons faster than water flows in a fall. Instead of the preferred six chicken nuggets, I received five. I did not care about the explosive diarrhea, I simply cared about the chicken nugget mishap. Which leaves me with no doubts of return. I grant your business a one star. Good day.

This location needs to be visited by a health inspector right away. The bread is so stale you could probably get better use out of it for building material rather than food. The lettuce(if you can even call it that) is rotten and disgusting. The fries are terrible and often have a few odd/non-fry looking objects mixed in. It’s obvious from the demeanor of the management and employees that absolutely no care or consideration goes into the preparation or maintenance of fresh food. Cutting corners at the DMV means waiting for long service, in the food industry it could mean a trip to the hospital with food poisoning. Do your stomach a favor and go someplace else. If you do make the regrettable mistake of entering this McDonalds, be ready to be set upon by dozens of homeless people asking you for money.

Well the employees were friendly. That is about the only nice thing I can say about this place. While I have never actually been to a hobo camp, I imagine this is what one would look like. There were more homeless people both inside and out than paying customers. While I realize homelessness is a serious issue I don’t see why this restaurant doubles as the local homeless shelter. I counted at least a dozen homeless some with carts bikes and missing shirts loitering about and panhandling. I had a hard time locating the combination of both clean table and chair. When I went to fill my drink the drink station was covered in fruit flies. I felt uncomfortable with having my child there and ended up taking our order to go. Overall a disgusting experience. I had previously only used the drive through at this location and I won’t be back.

It’s one of the worst. Ordered ice cream cone and this guy brings it to tge window already falling down sides of cone. I asked a girl if she could get me another one and she did. Her reaction was as if it is a regular occurrence. French fries are sometimes extra«pale». Not sure why… very strange looking. Probably better that they suck… it’s bad for you anyway.

I have been to this particular location about 3 times and always the service is horrible. Tuesday, July 28th around 3 pm, I went through the drive thru. I CLEARLY stated that I wanted 2 Chocolate Chip Frappes. She mumbled something back at me. I asked her to repeat it. She said«2 of them?» I said yes. Then I think she mumbled the price, not sure. I pulled up to the window to pay, and she repeats my order as 2 chocolate dipped cones. No, I said that was 2 chocolate chip frappes. When I went up to the pick up window, there were 3 employees, all standing there, with smirks on their faces and that sarcastic smiling, almost shaking their heads as if I had caused the problem and I was an idiot. He gave me my order and I asked for napkins, and he handed them to me with that same smirk on his face. Believe me, I wanted to reach through the window and slap that look right off his face. And they actually think they deserve $ 15 an hour??? Ah, that entitlement mentality…

I think I would receive better customer service from a rock sitting on their counter. The staff was completely out of sync. Their ability to place a sense of urgency or some kind of order to what they are doing was completely lacking. The girl who took my order walked away to refill the ice-cream dispenser. She stood there chatting with another employee while filling the machine completely oblivious to the fact that my food was up or that she had overflowed the machine and was spewing the mixture out onto the stack of trays for dine-in service. When she noticed what she was doing she was courteous enough to throw out an F-Bomb to the manager on duty in a most casual fashion, «Ohhh F*** my bad». My food sat ready to be handed to me while they all stood there gawking at her stupidity. When I finally received my food they had omitted part of my order. They have ants and bugs crawling all over their drink station. Not to mention my food was COLD! I will never eat here again.

BYFAR, the WORST McDonald’s I have ever been to. Period. I cannot believe a place like this is allowed to exist. Wow… just wow! I lived in Dana Point for 3 years and within a mile for 18. I have been to this McD’s plenty of times over the years. It is honestly so bad that I felt I needed to warn people. The food is cold and undercooked every time, definitely a health safety concern. The staff is the worst part of this place. They are the dumbest of the dumb. I went to this place 3 times in one week once since it is literally next door to my gfs house and they messed up my order every time, significantly. The staff was rude and high on drugs. They also took $ 5 of my change once and refused to give it back until I fought with the manager. Several times they have left out over half of my order. They always screw it up, regardless, every time. There are also often homeless people and tweakers begging in the drivethru, however i feel that is to be expected at most mcds. Anyways, the managers are incompetent as well as the staff(who mostly don’t speak english), the food is not only awful but a safety concern, the surroundings are grungy and dirty, and almost every night they«shut down their system» for most of the night and only accept cash. They are also very rude and unprofessional and unethical. They tried to take $ 5 change when i gave them a $ 20 bill to pay for a $ 10 order. Idiots… absolute idiots. It would have been one thing if they politely gave me the money they owed me back, however, they got angry and tried to keep my money. The guy who«accidentally took my money» seemed like he was being sneaky and trying to lowball me on my change. He was unapologetic and generally a major douche. All in all, I would say just avoid this one. If you must get McD’s, there is a pretty decent one in San Juan Capistrano, 2 exits away on Ortega, or one in San Clemente off Pico which is also pretty good. DONOT go to this one. You will regret it and they don’t deserve customers. This place needs to be shut down, I have alreadyproceeded to file a complaint with the BBB and am trying to file one with the Health Regulation board. Let’s get rid of this garbage dump of a McD’s! Lack of respect for customers who keep your business going will eventually lead to a loss of business. Get your shit together PCH McDonalds or get off our coast!

Beware. The Friday $ 1.59 fish sandwich deal is not available in the meal deal at this McD’s. It must be requested a la cart. Most McD’s will also discount the meal for sale items. Not here.

Do not eat here!!! Even if you are starving to death and it is the only place open!!! The food is cold and does not meet safety standards. I went there 3 times in 3 weeks, complained. No change. Reported to the health department. Just how long does a burger sit before you get to eat it? Gross! Tried calling management and the phone rang 14 times, no answer.

Terrible service. Went for breakfast. Arrived at 10:56am. Breakfast served until 11:00am. Wanted breakfast. Worker in the drive-thru IGNOREDME in the drive-thru and refused to take my breakfast order. Drive-thru worker lazily waited until 11:01am to respond and take my order. I was fortunate enough to escape out of the drive-thru lane and went elsewhere to eat breakfast. Customer service lacking. Please reconsider who you hire. Don’t patronize this McDonalds, you will be sorry.
