I went to retrieve two items that had not sold. It was one Hugo Boss silk crêpe dress and a silk Tory Burch dress. They were balled up in a clear trash bag. I had brought my items in dry cleaned and on hangers and they were returned wrinkled beyond belief. The other items were sold at a reduced price of 40%. Do they even reduce clothes in a graduated sale? 10% or 20%, or do they jump right to 40%? I also spent $ 100 on a Gucci belt there that I later discovered was fake. I even asked about it while trying it on and I was reassured that it was authentic. Right now, I’m waiting for a phone call from the manager, Liz, to find out what happened to my Burberry silk blouse. It’s MIA. It’s not in their inventory and I wasn’t paid for it. I am SO not impressed with my wrinkled clothes, fake Gucci belt and missing blouse. I also had purchased a beautiful silk Vince blouse there and came home to discover a large hole in the shoulder. I sewed it myself. Be careful purchasing expensive items and I would definitely not recommend bringing designer clothes there. They don’t have any security systems and when I was picking up my clothes, I was left standing in front for several minutes without supervision. A great place for people with sticky fingers. They don’t even count your items when you are trying clothes on. If you have nice clothes to sell, I bet eBay is better than this place.

A really pleasant shopping experience because everything is on hangers clearly marked by size… so you can zoom right in on what might work, instead of having to sort through crowded racks. For me, that means more frequent visits because you can just pop in and take a quick look at what’s new. Prices are fair, selection is excellent, and sales staff just lovely.

I was very happy with this store. I’ve gone to similar stores in New York and their items are just as unique. The staff was super nice and patient with me since I wasn’t buying for myself, I asked a lot of «what do you think?» questions. Definitely coming back. Thanks ladies!
