History

Established in 1965.

Red Rooster Has been operating as a family owned business since about 1965. The Miller family aquired the Red Rooster about 1979. When Red Rooster originally opened They only served lunch and dinner. When the Miller Family took over the business we strived to make a good breakfast business for the company as well, to compliment our lunch and dinner business. Pete Miller (Father), Pat Miller (Mother) and Kevin Miller (son) have been running the business for about 32 years. Open Seven Days a week there is not often a time when one of the family is not there.
