I don’t know how they do it, but this Taco Bell is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever visited. The ingredients are fresh, and the items on the menu are prepared with a degree of care I rarely find in fast food. The service here is always with a smile. While there is a Taco Bell within three blocks of my house in San Francisco, I will no longer go to it. Instead, I drive to this primo Taco Bell in Daly City. It’s 1:20 in the morning, and I gotta have some Taco Bell. Heading out pronto!!!

This place is horrible. The service is slow and the food comes out cold. There must have been about a tblsp of meat in all our tacos and burritos. I know it’s just taco bell… but come on! I went to take the survey, to grip about how horrible it was… they had given me a reprint of my recipe… no code no survey. They must know they are that bad… sad…go to jack in the the box next door.

Came by last night. No quesalupas. Guy wasn’t even sorry about it. I drove miles to find these. I no longer consider this a Taco Bell.

First off, what’s the point of ordering on the app and picking up early… If you can’t actually do that? I drive until I’m outside the restaurant and click«I’m here» to which it says, this order has already been picked up. What? Go inside to the cashier and tell her and she just says«oh, you’re good.» So I’m ASSUMING they just clicked on the computer that I already picked up so they will actually start making my food when I’m physically there. Ridiculous. I still had to wait a pretty long time when there were only two orders in front of me. Secondly, I paid $ 1.70 more for steak in my taco and Lo and behold… No steak. Never coming back again.

They say they are open 7am or earlier, but not necessarily. They’re barely open by 7am and the kitchen is not even prepared and I’ll get my food by 7:15 or later. 10 minutes is a long time especially if you have work at 7:30! Getting breakfast here always makes me to late to work. Because of that I no longer come here in the mornings. So much for being close from the house…

Understaffed and pretty useless. Waiting forever for fast food. I always hate myself after getting Taco Bell and feel quite terrible health-wise. If you desperately need food late at night just go to In N Out. One of my tacos still had frozen tomatoes lol. I still ate it of course but this is a substandard location. I would rather have E. Coli from Chipotle than go to this ghetto Taco Bell again.

Taco Bell has been my guilty pleasure. It’s one of the couple of «fast food» places I go to. I get vegetarian style food– the big box to be more precise. Usually they’ll write a «V» with a marker or pen or nothing at all. The last time I went to this location, the worker finger wrote with what appeared to be beans the letter«v» on the top of the box. I didn’t notice this until after I drove off. It could have been a residual food from food covered gloves but I’m certain it’s not because it was very distinct«V.» I usually would go to Taco Bell a couple times a month but I have been since. It really turned me off. When someone uses their judgement to use food to write on a costumer’s food container there’s something wrong. This individual seems unsanitary and I don’t want to imagine what other unsanitary practices this person does In a food orientated workplace.

This is something I tend to have every other week. My family shares this whole«taco bell thursday» type of deal and I normally don’t crave it so often. Anyways, I’m basically reviewing this based off of my numerous orders here until present day. I usually order from the happy hour, it’s usually one dollar depending on what you buy. The burritos lack a lot of meat most of the time and it’s more of the wrap that coils it together than anything else. Is it still enjoyable? When you’re really hungry, then sure. As for the other items I have ordered in the past. Whether it was nachos to the quesadilla. The nachos are mostly chips, the dips and toppings are just layered in the center and if anything it should have been scattered more around the other chips as well. Not only that the one I ordered was cold? Disappointing but the quesadilla is worth something. What I do enjoy most of all is the sweets. It’s my usual sweet tooth but they have these cinnamon bun type of balls that have a cinnamon layer and a sweet filling inside. I also tried their Captain Crunch flavored but it wasn’t as good as the original cinnamon so buy if it you can. It’s just the size that’s sad, four pieces but you can buy more. The slushies would probably be the only thing I would constantly order. From the Mountain Dew Ba-ha blast from the Strawberry Starburst flavored, they’re really good and for a dollar in the happy hour. How could I not? To me, this Taco Bell is lacking common patience when making a great meal. It always seem too rushed too. The only time I would recommend it is for the Happy Hour alone but the street they’re in has other fast food joints that can do the justice better.

The worst service. Everyone was confused. I am still waiting for my food as I write this. I get that this is Taco Bell but it is called fast food. I’m STARVING, that’s why we decided on something quick to eat. The girl at the cash register barely looked at us as she did a drive-by«let me know when you’re ready». She took another couple of minutes helping people in the back figure out orders. When she finally walked up to us she blankly stared at us like«what do you want». The tables were all dirty and there was some disgusting man sitting in the corner. I swear I’m not being mean. This man was coughing and clearing his throat and spitting into napkins. I saw huge things coming out of him and he had like a whole set up in the two corner tables. Never in my life will I come back.

Really — it’s Taco Bell so keep your expectations realistic and you won’t be disappointed. The food is just what you’d expect — the place is clean — The service is fast, friendly and accurate, However I just watched a gentleman come in off the street, bring his own food, eat it up(a plate of meat and cheese) and use his empty cup which he brought(a nonTaco Bell paper cup) to have his way with the soda dispenser. All without paying a single dime to Taco Bell. As I write this he’s laying down in the semi circular booth taking a nap, using his grimy shopping bag for a pillow. Just a note that I think everything he touched needed to be sterilized. He’s been here for easily over an hour. This Taco Bell goes above and beyond to help people — way way beyond the border. They clearly operate as a free social service.

It’s Taco Bell, but this is honestly the best is going to get. The staff hate their job. The food is not good for you, but you still eat it. Lastly, you get what you pay for. But i’ll still eat it. lol

I really can’t see how you can give this Taco Bell less than 3 stars. I’ve been here a couple of times for breakfast and the food came out fast and efficient. And their drive-thru has come in handy multiple times for late night eats and most times their orders come out faster than the location at SSF on El Camino Real. Service has been pretty good as well, at least when I’ve visited. This Taco Bell definitely gets the job done!

Lots of parking even on a busy day. This one is open for breakfast the other one at the mall only serves lunch items. It’s all good here. No complaints. They aren’t slow workers. They keep busy and are sometimes away from the register setting things up. Good is good unless you order something listed on the internet they say you shouldn’t order. I would not suggest the Cinnabon bites they are deep fried golden brown but it’s just oily. Stick to the regular Taco Bell menu.

It’s Taco Bell. I’ve seen better, and I’ve seen worse. They’re fast enough for me to consider it fast food and I don’t expect much with customer service, besides just be at the cash register when I show up. Inside, it’s honestly pretty clean. Food, is good, but I’ve had my tacos made better, but it’s not bad.

Yes, I do get it, It’s fast food, But This is THEWORST Taco Bell location Ever!!! Very Poor customer service and the food is always served so sloppy! I’ve only come here due to convenience of the location! Every time has been a big Fail! I will contact their corporate office… Yes! It is that serious. Don’t want to continue writing and going too much into details but here are a few pics!

Taco Bell , Newer location and drive in. Inside you are first introduced to the modern look of the new taco bell. It is really nice with padded bar seats. A different look for a fast food chain. Menu typical Taco Bell style. Look up the secret menu on your phone If you want something different. Parking lot is large and open. Easy in and easy out. Only thing is there is a lot of high school kids. No biggie. Togo is better.

Today April 21, 2015 very disappointed in dining in at this Taco bell location. When we got there my daughter and I were not greeted in a friendly manner:(I know it SUCKS working for fast food but don’t take it out on customers. Her badge name my daughter said is Adriana R. This will be our last visit to this location so sad management needs to pay these employees more. shows in their Customer Service. Another big negative would be how the tables weren’t cleaned off .lots of dirty uneaten food on table tops. :(YUCK.
