Although he was gentle. I feel like he rushed through the supposed «extensive» work I had. I never had a consultation about the X-​rays with him so who knows what he was doing. I honestly felt like they just wanted that insurance check «cut» and they where going to do some of the work they initially said they where going to do, in my mouth but pretend like they did all. I feel like they are definitely Shady and i would find someone else to do your work. Warning…

These people are the BEST! Ive had NOTHING but the BEST experiences with them! Ive been a patient for many many years! anyone who DARES to give them a 1 star have NO idea what GREAT people they are! instead of hiding behind a comment on Unilocal why not try talking to them instead? They DO listen if you have concerns and/​or questions! dont just complain on here! they are the BEST! Trust me. I have serious issues with dentists since i was abused by 1 as a child… they have been nothing but wonderful!

Look, I can’t imagine anyone likes going to the dentist, and this dentist and his practice are the reasons why. OK, the office staff are rude, inconsiderate and lazy. Chatting away in Tagalog while the waiting room fills up. When you get taken back to the chair, the asst. is abrupt and inconsiderate, unwilling to answer even the most simple questions. The doctor is a best «reserved», frowning at questions like «what a dummy». Maintains multiple rooms going at one time, always has a «required» up-​charge from my Delta Dental coverage and has zero compassion. If you want really good dental care, don’t go there! Ugh, I called Delta and switched immediately. They said they understood and had prior complaints. Nuff said!

In brief, their office is LAZY and they cut major corners. If you’re currently looking for a dentist walk the other way this place is criminal.
Here is exactly what’s wrong with this office:
— If you’re in the seat as a new patient they won’t walk you through the process. Dr. Villasin and his assistant assume you know what’s going on and will want to stick random instruments into your mouth.
— NO appointment confirmation. So if you miss your appointment due to forgetfulness of booking it so far down the line, they don’t care because they’ll just charge your insurance a fee (from what I gather from the 1^st review).
— They don’t answer their phones. A good 80% of the time you’ll be sent to voicemail. Need to cancel an appointment? They’ll certainly set you up to fail in doing so.
— 30 minute appointments. They perform procedures in 30 minutes to get you out the door sooner. Have 5 cavities? They’ll knock ‘em all out within that time.
— Fillings are half assed. This is how they get everything done within half hour. Imagine eating taffy except it’s the composite white color and it gets stuck in your teeth. That’s what the end result will look like. Even worse you’ll feel it obstructing your bite.
— They don’t drill cavities for fillings. So imagine rotting wood and you apply fresh paint over it. Does that mean the rot is gone if you simply don’t see it?
— They’ll split up the appointments into two or more visits to charge your coverage for additional visits.
Reader you have been warned!

Very surprised to see a 1 star here. This dentist is the best I’ve had. He tells me the truth about my teeth. I went to a previous dentist that told me I had 7 cavities! Then I went to Dr. Villasin, and he told me I only had 2. I haven’t had any issues with my teeth since I started coming here a few years ago. It’s refreshing that I can go to a dentist that I can trust is looking out for me, and not just trying to make money off of me.

This dentist is HORRIBLE. I had to cancel an appt with him because i was at the hospital due to pregnancy morning sickness and I actually called to let them know and they still charged me $ 30 fee for the missed appt. His work is horrible. He works fast to get you out quickly but the work is not good. He charged me 400 for a crown being placed that has since been determined by another dds that it was never placed right. (at no fault of my own) I will NEVER go back to this dentist.
