where is my xbox!!! i left it there a year ago, probably longer and never got a call back on it??? where is it!!! i had 2 controllers and games in there! if you cant fix it, at least give me a call and give it back to me! and a refund!!!

Note to self, never keep valuable electronics within reach of a 1y/​o toddler. Especially if that device is a shiny Xbox 360 with touch sensitive power and eject buttons, and cool noises and lights. Long story short, she jammed my disc tray and I didn’t know how to fix it without opening it, which I didn’t trust myself doing anyway. That’s when I found these guys on Unilocal and decided to give them a shot. I brought my console over to them and informed me that it might take a couple days to repair depending on the severity of the situation. I received a call that same afternoon saying I could pick up my console only after a couple hours!

I haven’t actually had anything repaired here (yet), but I have to rave about their awesome customer service. After reading their Unilocal reviews, I called them up to see if they could repair a doll-​sized mini Macintosh desktop computer (battery-​operated, with the click of the attached mouse and keyboard, a typed report about the Big Dipper appears on the screen). It’s 20 years old and there is some corrosion, so it no longer works. After describing this, the guy I spoke to (can’t recall his name) referred me to another business that can better service my doll-​computer needs, and provided a phone number. Also, when I asked about repairing an HTC One M8, he referred me to another electronics repairman who he knows is able to repair this model, since, apparently, this phone in particular is difficult to service. I appreciate the referrals; he could have simply said he can’t repair either item and left it at that, but he went the extra mile to lead me to a couple of businesses that can.

I bought my used PS3 here when I was getting my Xbox repaired, and inevitably, it suffers the YLOD every year or so. I always come back here to have MTS fix it because they are super friendly and their repairs come guaranteed for at least a month.
This most recent time I had to come (I think I’ve only had to come twice for a YLOD within like 3 years) they offered to deliver it to me since I don’t have a car and it’s a little inconvenient for me to ride the bus there with this giant, fat PS3 in my arms.

These guys are cool especially Patrick. After he told me that my PS3 was toast he told me to talk to his boss. I asked him if I could trade in my fried console in exchange for the$ 40 bench fee. He said no problemo. Nice guys.

I understand that PC repair shops have to overbook because lots of their jobs fall through.
I understand that taking care of emergencies takes priority (see the 5-​star reviews) and people underestimate tasks.
I do not understand their failure to notify me when they could not deliver what they committed to. Twice.
I appreciate making a special trip on Sunday to let me pick up my PC, but that does not compensate for lack of communication. If they had said it would take a week, I would have been happier than two missed dates. Of course, I might have taken my business elsewhere, but they would not have a new 2-​star revew. Everyone has choices.

Another 5 star «Me too» review. After 6 years my PS3 wouldn’t start and googling the symptoms revealed the Yellow Light of Doom, You can try fixing it yourself with the iFixit video repair guide and/​or their $ 40 kit but I knew professionals would have a higher chance of success. I first tried «Console Sage» on Unilocal but he hasn’t returned phone messages. Patrick and Ryan at Mobile Tech Solutions took the calls, were helpful and friendly, offered a Unilocal discount, and had it fixed in four days. Perhaps the fan is louder but more likely I’d already forgotten the sound of an original PS3.

Five months and the PS3 repair is stilling going strong with 0 issues. The repair was very affordable and saved me from having to buy a whole new system. The location is a bit out of the way, but the potential savings are worth the little trek.

MTS is awesome! Jack and his crew were very professional and very helpful. I brought in several systems, 3 PS3 and a 360 and all were fixed in less than 10 business days. Not only I got a Unilocal discount for each system but I got extra discount for bringing in multiple items. To top it off, I even got to mod my 3.55 PS3. This place comes highly recommend. 5⁄5 Stars is much deserved.

Had to bring in my ASUS laptop for repairs because it would not charge with the AC adapter plugged in. Saw some great ratings for this company so I gave them a shot. The results were fantastic! Not only was the price lower than the initial quote, but Ron literally hand delivered my laptop to my work since he was in the area. If that’s not quality service I don’t know what is. Many thanks to Ron and Ryan of course for the help. Will happily refer my friends to you guys.

Got my play station to work! But took almost two months. Took it in because my blu ray lens wasn’t reading the disk. Unfortunately they had to order it and it was on back order boo. So that took some time. Once they got it in and fixed I brought it home and bam same thing happened so I brought it back the same day. Long story short it was a program problem along with the lens. Thanks mobile tech

Great service. Ryan was very helpful and honest. Took my ps3 to get the hard drive replaced and didn’t expect to get it back for 3 – 5 days. He ended up having the part in stock so I got my system back the next day. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This place is hidden in this plaza of Korean salons and chiropractors, but they are definitely worth the visit when you need tech help.
My boyfriend was so excited to start playing «The Last of Us» on his PS3, but every time we tried to get through the opening credits of the game, his PS3 would just shut down. Devastated, he found Mobile Tech Solutions.
We brought it in on a Saturday and they took it immediately. We used the Unilocal deal and got $ 10 off, which meant the repair would only cost $ 85. Ryan was super friendly and chatted it up with us the whole time.
Unfortunately, the PS3’s motherboard was fried and it would cost us way too much to replace it (and wouldn’t make sense to buy an entirely new PS3), so Jack from Mobile Tech Solutions graciously offered the option of trading in my boyfriend’s broken PS3 for a refurbished PS3.
Needless to say, I think he is going to be plenty busy killing zombies for the next few weeks! Great deal, friendly staff!

To make a long story short, I needed to take my laptop in to get the charging port replaced. They were able to fix it for at about quarter the cost of geek squad and half the time. Their customer service is great, as they will keep you up to date about your computer.

While playing as NightWing in the Arkham City Combat Challenge Joker’s Carnival, I got the dreaded PS3 YLOD (Yellow Light of Death). My six year old PS3 had pooped out. Not only had my console died, the game disc was stuck in the Blue Ray player. I looked up on how to repair the PS3 and found out the I needed a heat gun and thermal gel and over two hours of work. I could sent the console back to Sony for repair at the cost of $ 150 plus shipping.
I finally found the pleasant people at Mobile Tech Solutions. Instead of repairing my console, I purchased a new console with my old dead console as trade-​in. They ported over my PS3 trophies and saved games at no cost and were able to save my game disc. I bought in my console on Tuesday and the receptionist called me up the next day to tell me that my new console was ready.
Superior and highly recommended.
They also fix computers.

MTS is awesome! They fixed my Sony Laptop and got a student discount.
My laptop had power jack issues and it was overheating. Jack, the guy who helped me, was really nice and a friendly person. He was helpful and knowledgeable about computers.
Excellent customer service and they are highly professional.
Tip: Call them ahead of time before coming in.
Definitely gonna go back if I have any more issues with my techno gadgets :)

The team at Mobile Tech Solutions are awesome. Jack was able to help rescue my iphone because my sim contacts had broken off. Instead of having to buy a new phone, he was able to repair it. Every other dealer told me it couldn’t be fixed, but Jack was able to take a look and get the job done.
I will take all of my repairs and problems to these guys because they are way better than any geek squad or unscrupulous repair places. I would also refer any of my friends here for service.
