Surprised me the person above gave a full star review on this dentist, but after reading it, I understand the person who left full star review is for a dentist in Redwood City, not this one in Daly City. They are different doctors at different locations with the same name.
I called and with all the information cleared on insurance and without insurance cost before I made the appointment. But when I took my daughter to her office, the prices are changed to be higher. It’s the last minute change after we came to an agreement on her quote. Just for this appointment they confirmed with me three times in the last three days which was a little wired to me. Now I understand they wanted to raise the price. They should have told me that they had raised the price in any of the phone calls before we went to the appointment, so I still had a choice. It totally wasted my time and my daughter’s school time for such a doctor.
I am nowhere impressed by her skills as a dentist either.
So be aware. If she can be unprofessional and irresponsible to one patient, she can do the same thing to another.

I’m a current patient of Dr. Agoncillo since 2010. She is a great, wonderful, and very helpful dentist. Her practice was in Redwood City, and not at Hickey as stated from previous review (I truly believe is a case of mistaken identity). If you meet Dr. Agoncillo, you will not say anything but good things about her.
