Gas station and car wash are great but BEWARE paying with your ATM card at the pump.
Shortly after paying with my ATM card at one of their pumps my phone blew up with calls and alerts from my bank about suspicious charges. Someone had skimmed my card and PIN number, hit up an ATM and made several withdraws. My card never left my possession! I am so glad my bank was on top of it.

Here are the car wash! You need to pay inside with he cashier then get the punch code. Not bad… we got the full package. Got most of the dirt off the car, if we had to handwash it would probably take hours!

It takes 5+ minutes per car for the car wash here.
That means, if the line is forming on the right side of the building there are at least 5 cars ahead = 25 minutes, at least.
Turrible.

I occasionally stop by here when I’m in town. My last stop here, I decided to go for a car wash. Bought it and pulled up to see cones blocking the entrance. I went inside and asked why. The clerk told me it was closed. I told her that there was nothing stating the car wash was closed and that I cannot come back just to get a car wash. Long story short, finally get refunded, but this review is for the clerk who got really rude with me and began arguing with me while raising her voice because I asked for a refund. She wasnt even the manager who already approved the refund on the phone. Wow, does she have stock investment in the company because she even told me she was losing money for giving me a refund for something I couldnt even use. Stay classy Shell on Hillside. By the way, I understood every single word of Spanish you said to your colleague.

This gas station happened to ONLY have premium gas, and everyone was driving around in circles to see if other gas pumps had regular gas but they didn’t. Employees didn’t even post up a sign «PREMIUM GAS ONLY» super inconvenient.

Well I went to get a car wash for the first at this location and it sucked.
First of all after having spent 20 minutes in line, I get to the screen to put in my code, and it doesn’t accept it! I try it 3 more times and it doesn’t work! So I put in my card to just pay for another one and it declines my card! There is nothing wrong with my card, I just got gas with it a few minutes ago! There’s at least 5 other cars behind me! And there is NO HELP BUTTON a to call an attendant from inside to help me out! So I had to drive out of the car wash and get a new code and GO BACK IN LINE!
So completely ridiculous, wasted time and gas coming here! Never again…

If you want your car or trucks paint job destroyed, then drive through their car wash. I did about 1month ago and their wash destroyed my paint. Here’s the worst part, they do nothing about it. I filled out a damage report with manager, nothing happened. I came back 2 weeks later, the manager sent me outside to talk with district manager. I showed him all the scratches, he seemed totally uninterested, a real piece of work. He said He would get back to me but just like the manager at the shell no call. I tried calling the number he gave me, you can’t even leave a message. What a bunch of crooks. Do not shop this Shell you will be sorry!

Digital display of prices are large and easily visible so no sneaky last second surprises as you pull into the pump. Lottery tickets sold here. Clean shop all around and car wash. It’s a good place to get gas.

Liking the new setup. As well as the price. But they do not post or let the customer know that if you purchase gas with the car wash and use your lucky’s reward card, the discount does not apply to the carwash gas price. Which sucks! When I questioned about this, the person who rang me up just said «oh, that’s how it suppose to be». Again there was no sign or post about this. And she kept repeating the same thing over again. Gas price gets a 5 star, but the knowledge gets a 3 stars. I hope the general and regional managers reads this review.

This is a review for a Car Wash Station. Basically the ruined the top of my car. Practically new car, I always washed at hand wash places. Didn’t have a choice and went to this place yesterday. Paid $ 11 for a car wash and today looked from my window I was shocked. See photo attached. Got a bunch of horizontal lines. The only thing that could have possible caused this can be the top brush… See yourselves. So bummed…

Beware of this Shell Auto Repair, Inc. My car had a new tension-​er that was making a noise. I brought it in to this repair center and was advised that the problem was a loose bolt and needed a new belt. The noise stopped for a month and came back. When I called to check to see if they can tighten the bolt, the owner Sam would not honer the work done. He claimed that it was something else. I had it checked by another repair and found out that indeed it was a loose bolt on the tension-​er. By the way, the owner Sam mentioned that his mechanics no longer works there. This place is a scam. Consumers beware!
