Anyone looking for Great Customer Service and a Green Certified Auto Body Shop that does Superb auto body repairs? Well, I PERSONALLY and HIGHLY RECOMMEND COLMA AUTO BODY SHOP (Daly City). Went to several auto body shops for estimates : — (Then, my car mechanic Mr. Andrew Lee, Brakes Plus (Daly City) and other drivers insurance recommended I go see Ms. Marta Cisneros (General Manager) at Colma Auto Body Shop. After reviewing those other estimates, I finally decided to go see Ms. Marta. After the other drivers insurance check arrived, I still hadn’t decided where to go for repairs. Then out of the blue, Ms. Marta called saying she wanted to help me get my car fixed and would do a great job. We discussed the complicated auto body repair work and finally I agreed to begin the repair process. It took almost two weeks to complete the work, but the final results were FANTASTIC !! When Ms. Marta needed additional money to provided better quality replacement parts, she took the time to generate the pound of paperwork to get those parts for my car. Finally, when I picked the car up the drivers side looked brand new ! The paint and body work were perfect (and even though the paint was difficult to match) Ms. Marta made sure everything did match the passenger side of my car. No one notices I’ve been in an accident. Some people comment that I take good care of my car, and that is because Ms. Marta did a free car detail! After a week, I noticed the new door would not close-​sometimes a bit sticky and that the automatic window (same side) did not work properly. Took the car back and Ms. Marta had Mr. Enrique examine these issues. While I waited in their office, Mr. Enrique made all the necessary adjustments (NO COMPLAINTS OR EXTRA CHARGES). Ms. Marta got me back on the road in good time. Yes, I rate Colma Auto Body Shop a Unilocal High 5++. Anyone needing major/​minor auto body work done — Go SEE MS. I was not happy about getting into an accident in my brand new Nissan, but I am very glad I went to Colma Auto Body. Overall, I am very impressed with their service. Marta the general manager was very helpful and gave me an extremely reasonable quote for the work. When I picked up the car, it was impossible to tell that it had even been damaged, they had matched the paint color perfectly. I would also mention that they returned it sooner than expected, and on top of all that, they washed and vacuumed my car before pickup. Customer service 5/​5, Price 5/​5, Quality of work ⁵⁄₅. Would recommend to anyone needing auto body repairs!

I accidentally backed up too far and dinged my neighbors hood and we brought the car here to get it fixed. Martha and staff were honest, efficient, and very personable. We had an work done on our car and went to three other places for a quote, we finally went to Martha’s shop, where its 20−30% lower priced than those other shops, but don’t be fooled by the price alone, she did a fantastic job, the car was done in a way that’s magical, they even cleaned the car inside out. Best experience ever and will be recommending all of my friends and will be back for sure.

This was my first time bringing my car to any shop for repairs. I had found Colma Autobody through Unilocal and saw their great reviews. I made an appointment for an estimate and was not disappointed with the process. Martha is extremely helpful! She explained clearly and in detail what my car needed done and the cost based on what I was looking to get repaired. I had to replace my windshield, weather stripping, front bumper, back bumper, and hatchback. They tried to minimize my out of pocket cost and advised me on getting in contact with my insurance provider as this was due to an old hit and run. I was quoted a 3 day completion time but due to delay in parts I wouldn’t get my car for another 3 days. Martha covered the payments for the extra days on my car rental. They even gave me a credit to get my car washed as they were unable to do it themselves. Talk about customer service! I had thought about getting a new car since the damage was so off putting but now after seeing the beautiful repair work that Colma Autobody performed on my car I feel like I have a new vehicle. I now know where to go if I need more work done and where to refer people. This shop rocks!

This review is long overdue, but here goes.
I brought my car in after it got rear ended, so the trunk was completely smashed in, making it dangerous to open and close. Colma did an amazing job completely replacing the trunk with a used trunk from another car of the same make and model. They did a good job too matching the color of my trunk after they warned me that there would be the possibility that it would be slightly off. They even took out a few of the scratches on the side of my car at no extra cost. When my car was returned to me, it looked as good as new because they washed, cleaned, and waxed the car for me inside and out.
The only thing I can’t review them on is their pricing. In my eyes, knowing nothing about cars, I wanted the damages fixed ASAP, so I only took my car to Colma. I didn’t compare to any other auto shop, so I’m not sure what the differences are. But, regardless of that, I was pleased with the work and the customer service. Both the women in the office were very nice and reassuring to a newbie like me.
I liked this location cause it was close and convenient, and the fact that enterprise rent a car was down the street, making it pretty convenient and my life so much easier after feeling the stress of having a damaged car.

I came here on a whim to get a quote estimate. The manager wasn’t in but one of the ladies was in. She was very sweet and helped me right away.
Took photos of the scrap that needed to be fixed and said that she will show her manager and they will email me with a quote.
Everything was great until I got a quote they emailed over to me and they quoted 50−60% more than two other places that I had gotten quotes for my car.
5−10% difference I can understand, but we are talking about 50−60% which would have made it $ 500 MORE than other places.
Needless to say, I didn’t come back here. This place obviously tries to rip their customers off.

I LOVE colma auto body. Marta and her staff are amazing. I have had to visit them 3 times now and every time they have gone above and beyond to help me. They have not only done repairs in a timely fashion, but the last time I was there they even clean out my interior out for me. I like going to Marta because since she is not working for any particular insurance company, when she inspects your vehicle she makes sure to cover any type of damage she sees to make sure you get everything fixed to pre-​accident conditions. If need be I will not hesitate to visit them again.

As usual I had my boyfriend find out where to take my car for repair. The plastic on the inside of my fender was falling apart and had started to scrape when I drove. He found Colma Auto Body and set up a time for my car to get looked at. Marta was very knowledgeable and forthcoming about the repair and its total cost. She was also very considerate as I needed my car fixed that same day since I was going out of town the next day. She immediately found the parts and had my car fixed.
Marta is a smart business owner and understands the tough economics times we are in. The cost of repairing my car was affordable and fair. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I 100% recommend Colma Auto Body to anyone! You will not be disappointed!

My short and horrible story.
At around noon today, I called Colma Auto Body to try to get an estimate on my car damage. The woman who answered the phone says, the woman who does estimates wouldn’t be back until 2. I said, well I was thinking about coming at 3 and she says, oh she may be leaving to run errands by then. Seemed weird to me, but I say, okay, I’ll try to get there in time.
We hurry up and get ready, get to the shop about 1:45. There was NOWHERE to park, so I asked my partner to go in to see where I could park. He came back to the car and said, you can park in front of the driveway, but you’re not supposed to be here until 3. I park, I go in to Confrontation Central. She says the woman won’t be back for 15 – 20 minutes, which I expected. I say, I know, we can wait, as I didn’t want to miss her. She says, you said you weren’t coming until 3, and I said, but you said she would be leaving around 3. She says, I TOLD YOU 4.
Okay, let’s say, I totally messed up (which I’m pretty sure I didn’t), is this any way to greet customers. Mind you there was NO ONE else there. I didn’t even see anyone working on the few cars that were there. Not sure what was going on with her today or if she’s always like that, but needless to say I drove down the street to another auto body shop. Guess what, they welcomed me in and didn’t talk to me like I was an enemy.
Save yourself the frustration and lies.

I had just made a previous call to another Body Shop that complained about taking Allstate Insurance. Colma was the next call I made. Martha addressed my concern about my Insurance and said some providers are easier to work with than others. Martha took care of all of my concerns and supported me through the entire process. When there were breakdowns she handled them responsibly and didn’t get frustrated. She even offered to pick me up the day my car was finished. It was all seamless and easy. Thank you Colma for a great Customer Experience.

The people at Colma Auto Body Shop are trusted. The reviews on Unilocal were how I found them. They quoted me for a very cheap and reasonable price. Marta, Rosa, and Miguel took very good care of me and my car, after having scratches. Their approximate date for pickup was exact. Good customer service and even cleaned my car and it looks brand new. Go to this shop if you want honest loyal people.

I took my car to this place and the service was good at first. The I got my car back and been having issues ever since. I do not feel that they did a careful inspection on the vehicle or made sure everything was working properly.
As soon as I got it my speakers were off and were making a rattling noise. It took over two weeks for our schedules to work and until I was able to take it in. You would think that since it was their mistake that they would make time for me right away and work with my schedule, but they didn’t. I then finally had to be assertive for them to understand that I was really frustrated. When taking it in the gentleman that helped me was very nice. He figured the issue out in minutes and sent me on my way.
I thought that was it that my car was finally complete until I looked in the back seat today and found the radio antenna camouflaged on the seat. They had obviously taken it off and forgotten about putting it back on but Why did they even need to take it off if they were only fixing the driver’s side window and windshield!!! It had been off for over a month now and I would have never known. Someone could have sat on it without knowing and have broken it. It all goes back to what I said in the beginning, they do not thoroughly check their work after completion.

We recently needed some body work on our Honda CRV. Marta @ Colma Auto Body was superbly knowledgeable and professional. She gave us an estimate that was fair and reasonable. Best part of the experience? Colma Auto Body completed the work on time and it was very well done!
I am not sure why people always seem to have a problem finding the right place to get body work done on their vehicles. Colma Auto Body is in the heart of Daly City and has been doing this for over 35 years. You just don’t last that long in any business unless you do things the right way and make sure the customer is happy. Colma Auto Body is that kind of business. If you need auto body work, give Martha a call and tell her the Mayor of Daly City sent you!

WE have been frequenting Colma AutoBody Shop for the last 15 years. Martha is THE most caring and honest individuals that we have met in the business. She is a pleasure to work with and she looks out for the best interest of her customers.
We were rear ended recently on the freeway and Marta was resourceful and suggested many options for us.

A lady hit my car (nissan altima) and dented my fender. I went to Colma Auto Body shop to get an estimate and Martha, the shop manager, said it was only going to cost $ 1263. I also went to the dealer to get a comparison and they were going to charge me twice as much. So of course i went back to Martha and dropped off my car. She noticed the paint on my front hood was peeling off and offered that i should get it done as well. But i declined as i did not have the money for it at the time. I picked up my car about 5 days later and to my suprise they fixed my fender and threw in the paint job for FREE!!! yess for FREE!!! and on top of that gave me a $ 50 discount because i paid in cash!!! DISCOUNT AND A FREE PAINT JOB!!!
i highly reccommend them. they really take care of the customers. Martha is very kind and works with you to make sure the customers are happy.
