Dr. Adam Rubenstein is a brilliant psychiatrist and empathic clinician whom I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with. Approaching each of his clients with genuine warmth and authentic understanding, his insightful nature and compassionate presence set him apart from others in the field. The degree of dedication, intellect and kindness as a practitioner that he brings to session make him both a rarity and an asset to recovery. Offering hope to individuals suffering in the wake of mental illness, especially those who feel they are otherwise beyond help, I could not give Dr. Rubenstein a higher recommendation.

absolute best psychiatrist ever had!!! so knowledgeable, makes you feel comfortable, so that i can be 100% open and honest. just amazing! professional with the the unique ability to explain the esoteric in simple terms as he is fun to talk with because he listens and makes things right. i wish he had a private practice so that i could refer to friends and family. san mateo county is world class.
