History
Established in 2011.
When we couldn’t find affordable faith based alcohol and drug rehabilitation in the north Georgia area, we created one ourselves. That was many years and success stories ago. We can now take 30 women and have transitional living available.
Meet the Manager
Lilian B.
Manager
Lillian Barnwell is the Director of Providence Women’s Recovery Program. She has been committed to the field of mental illness since 2006, beginning with her work with sexual abused children and those suffering with eating disorders in her clinical training. Lillian received her Bachelor’s Degree from Birmingham-Southern College. She received her Master’s Degree in counseling graduating with honors from the University of Birmingham at Alabama. Lillian is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and is currently working on becoming a Certified Addiction Counselor.
