Fucking crooks and liars and then they lose my vehicles key that I owned and was not trading in they just had it while I test drove theirs if I told them some bs like that about their vehicle it would have been some other shit don’t trust them glad I never signed any paperwork!

I received a call from Brian Haasz today to address the issues I had with delivery of my new jeep patriot (which I am very pleased with). I now believe some mistakes were made by somebody having a bad day, and they bent over backwards to fix it. I appreciate their willingness to listen and fix the problem and can now recommended this dealership. Thank you.

Liars and cheats. No customer service. They do not back their merchandise. They are rude and deceiving. Worse than the average car dealership. I will never step foot in there again. Car was supposedly Chrysler inspection certified, that’s a joke. Check engine light came on after two months, they won’t do anything about it. Lost our truck in the lot after a check up and when WE found it, they couldn’t find our keys, that was two weeks ago, still no keys.
