I give this location a lot of business… almost everyday for lunch. Great food, great prices… service…not so much. Sometimes the food takes an unacceptable time to come out. I do a combination of restaurant dining and online take-out ordering… on many occasions the order is mixed-up or is not prepared the way it was requested. Guest Experience Coordinator replied within the hour. They sent me a gift card and assured me that they will work towards making improvements. I’m impressed with the quick communication and commitment to improving the customer experience and will give Zoe’s Kitchen at this location another try.

Ok I like Zoe’s but this location has some great points(like the food) and some not so great points(like the patio and overall cleanliness) We stopped by on 3÷6÷16 around 1pm. It was nice outside so we sat on the patio. The tables weren’t clean and there were dirty dishes stacked up. The patio just needed to be swept and bused. There was a bucket of water inside on the trash can that i’m guessing was being used to clean tables but I saw at least one customer pour their drink into it(yuk). So the food, we had the Spinach Mushroom Piadin add chicken and Shrimp Kabobs w/side of rice and Greek salad add Cucumber Raita. The food was excellent. Everything was seasoned so well I’d say food wise this is my favorite Zoes, they just need to work on keeping the place in better shape overall.

Every time I come here I love it and want to come back soon. Today was just like every time I’ve had before– I loved it. I had a tuna sandwich and chicken orzo soup. I’ve had the stomach virus from hell(thank you 4# weight loss) and I’m now starving all the time, but cautious because I don’t want to restart the misery that I have overcome. Zoe’s, being healthy and light, was just what I needed. The chicken orzo soup was brothy, not creamy, and had great chunks of pulled chicken. Fresh carrots and celery and onion and lots of orzo made this soup filling but still light tasting. I loved it. I’m always on the lookout for great soup and this is definitely one I’ll be getting again. The tuna sandwich was on wheat bread, with black olives, capers and lettuce and tomato. Surely there was some oil or mayo to bind the tuna, black olives and capers together but it had to be so little you couldn’t tell. Luckily I have little mayo packets in my desk drawer(ha, you never know) and that made it awesome. I’ve had lots of other meals there– kabobs, the grilled chicken pita, the greek salad, hummus. and all is really really good and you feel good about eating it because it’s not a horrible bomb of food on your tummy. Nom nom nom…

Zoe’s is a great place for a great quality meal and at a good price. Their menu is somewhat traditional Mediterranean but with just enough of a Southern twist to make the meals interesting but still healthy/delicious. They offer some great deal through their iPhone app and I highly recommend downloading it. I enjoy going in here and playing the«feed me» game… basically I will ask them to pick out something from the menu and order it for me, without telling me. I’ve never had something that I didn’t enjoy and it can be quite a bit of fun not knowing what you’re getting. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

I expected better from a chain restaurant that prides itself on healthy. However, healthy doesn’t mean good. The place was filthy. From the dirty table tops to the restroom. The place was empty and it appeared there was only one employee at the counter. When we ordered we tried to find a table that did not have crud on it and ultimately decided to clean one off ourselves. We did overhear the counter girl say she was the only one there and could not do everything(to another Customer). I got up and went into the bathroom and discovered this looked like a dive bar restroom with no soap and urine all over the floor. The urine was so bad that it had been walked in and tracked all over. I was pissed because now it was on my shoe which was going to get tracked into my car. When I got back to the table, the girl at the counter left and there was no one to help anyone that walked in. Eventually, who we thought was a customer, someone got up from a back table and walked behind the counter. It appears this was the manager. A note to corporate management, if you can’t properly staff your place to tend to the basic needs, then you have no business being open at all.

Zoe’s Kitchen is a great place to eat and order carry out. I had placed an order online and there was a mistake between the ordering process and what was taken out. Jessica who works at Zoe’s Kitchen made it right and took care of me. I really appreciated that care and customer service she provided. She was exemplary in our she handled the situation. She should get a raise! Plus she saved our family’s dinner that night! Thanks for everything Jessica!

The food isn’t amazing and it’s not true Mediterranean food… it’s «inspired» by it. True Mediterranean is flavorful with it’s simple but super fresh ingredients. Zoe misses the mark with this. Their food is bland and leaves me underwhelmed. It’s still a good place to eat in this side of town.

Hours say it closes at 9pm but they close their doors early. I go to this place only if Whole Foods has old food sitting out. Chicken and steak kebabs are inconsistent. The shrimp always looks translucent and undercooked. Try it out if you want fake Mediterranean food but it’s not worth it.

Just tried Zoe’s for the first time and was concerned about the mixed reviews. I’m pleasantly surprised – Zoe’s was easy to get in and out of, food was excellent, decent prices and good customer service. My family of 4 ate dinner for a little over $ 40. I’m buying stock in Zoe’s!

I wanted something healthy and delicious after my workout last night. I jumped on Unilocal and read the mixed reviews about Zoe Kitchen. I have to say, I thought the food was very tasty! I bought the steak roll ups with a side of roasted veggies. I would definitely go back and try something else!

This place has the healthiest food options! Good place to go for a quick lunch that’s not fast food. Their customer service is excellent. They go above and beyond helping the customers out. Such a clean place too. I would recommend this place to anyone, from your vegetarian to your meat eaters to even your pickiest eaters.

I’m glad they opened this Zoe’s a few months back. Having spent a lot of time in the South I’ve been to dozens of Zoe’s and am a fan of the chain. It’s the rare opportunity where fast food(pretty much) meets healthy, affordable and good service. This location doesn’t skip a beat. In fact, it’s refreshing to be greeted with such great service(at a fast food chain) and by employees who want to be there. The biggest obstacle with coming to Zoes is deciding what to eat. Fortunately, everything is good. And, while they specialize in certain things, there isn’t anything on the menu that lags. What are my highlights? I prefer the chicken roll ups, the greek salad and hummus, but that’s not to discount anything else, because there isn’t anything on the menu we haven’t enjoyed. If you’re in the mood for a healthy, yet tasty lunch or dinner, Zoes should become a staple in your eat-out diet.

Something good and healthy for everyone. Finally! I’m so happy to have somewhere to take the kids that doesn’t have french fries on the menu. I’m a fan of the mediterranean tuna pita. The girl liked the chicken orzo soup and the boy loved the beef kebab. Yay Zoes!

I was in Dallas to visit my boyfriend and he took me to Zoe’s for my second to last day. I’m a pretty healthy person so the menu was like a dream. :) I got the shrimp kabobs and tomato bisque. Both were delicious! The shrimps were cooked perfectly, the seasoning on the rice pilaf was amazing, and the bisque was hardy and flavourful. Can’t wait to visit again during my next trip!

Zoe’s is awesome, and this location in particular is great. I’ve come here a few times to get a little work done and have a bite to eat. It’s pretty quiet, with steady traffic, but few distractions. They have free wifi and in the mid afternoon when the lunch traffic slows and plenty of tables are open it’s(as far as I’ve experienced) completely ok to spend an hour or two catching up on emails after ordering a few things. Also, their music playlist is great — not sure what they have playing exactly but it’s new stuff I’ve not heard before. Thanks Zoe’s!

There has been a wave of new fresh, healthy options opening in Dallas lately. It is nice to see Lakewood cash in on the movement with a new Zoe’s Kitchen. My favorites: The braised white beans are full of delicious rosemary essence. The Greek chicken pita. The chicken roll ups. Think a soft, new age taquito. Nice patio at this spot.

Zoes gets 5 stars for being in the same class as Chipotle. Healthy good food, nice environment, pretty quick, pretty affordable — a go to place you can feel good about going to. I had the kabobs which were awesome, and a greek salad that was elegant in an understated way — just simple and delicious. The humus is well done with calamata olives. The drawbacks were a generic cake desert, and although they have wine as an option, I’d just skip it unless you really just need some alcohol. It wasn’t great. Still — if I has one of these places near me I imagine it would be a 3 time a week favorite!

Overall very good. My experience would have been better had they listened to my order. No tomatoes means no tomatoes. A bit expensive for 2 salads…$ 32. It is Greek btw. From the name and look you would not expect it.

This place is a health nuts dream. I got a humus salad I think and it was pretty good. I like the lively décor or bright orange, greens, yellows… it’s festive. It’s a counter ordering system and they give you a number to eat in. I think they are still working out some kinks, because I’m pretty sure my food sat in the window for a bit and the kids behind the counter didn’t know what to do. Don’t expect amazing bold flavors here… this is HEALTHY… as opposed to butter laden goodness. Nothing special really but a solid place to get a quick bite for you, the fam, the kids, whatever. Just don’t expect any wow…

We decided to try out this restaurant, and what a great choice. When walking in you can tell you are in for a pleasant dining experience. The upbeat staff and great customer service definitely set this restaurant apart. We placed our order, well after 25 – 30 minutes, we did have to inquire about the food. Our order was lost but staff immediately and professionally corrected it. S happens. We ordered the Greek Chicken Pita with a side Greek salad. The pita was full of chicken breast, full of flavor and juicy. Food was oustanding, customer service was over the top. We will definitely go back!

I was visited at work a couple weeks ago by someone from Zoë’s Kitchen promoting their new Lakewood location. She enthusiastically told me about their fare and handed me a to-go menu and cup I could refill at the restaurant. Sounded great for a quick, flavorful, yet health-conscious meal and today I was hungry for hummus, so there I went! When you enter, you go to the counter to order. I had to take a minute to figure out what I wanted and didn’t feel rushed in the least. The cashier was über-friendly and quick to help me narrow down my choices with enthusiastic descriptions. I settled on the Greek Chicken Pita sandwich. I also noticed hummus as a starter and to go, but didn’t see it anywhere else on the menu, so I asked about a side size. She told me for a 50-cent upcharge I could sub it for another side and it would come with pita wedges. Perfect! She also told me I can fill my cup for free until June 1st– score!(After that, refills are still only $ 1) The chocolate cake and chocolate chip cookies looked tasty and she assured me they were, but I decided to use self-restraint this time. My food was out at lightning speed, hot, fresh and of generous portions. The iced tea(sweet, unsweet, and hibiscus green) is fresh brewed too, which is a plus in my book. On my pita, the chicken was seasoned nicely and the carmelized onions sweet and tender, perfectly complimented by the feta and fresh tomatoes. Hummus came in a ramekin/soup-sized cup, topped with kalamata olives and drizzled with olive oil. There was an employee moving about the restaurant cleaning and tidying up the whole time I was there, so no one had to hunt for a clean place to sit. He seemed genuinely happy about his job and offered help to customers unsolicited. Overall it was a fantastic experience. The food was good and I look forward to trying more items, but the people and quality of service are really what made it top notch.
