Zero Gravity Thrilll Amusement Park

Love this place I will definitely be returning. The staff was wonderful. Awesome experience went with my sister and her friend, I was a little nervous but the guy who assisted us was friendly, and joking around and it really did help by getting a little comfortable and relaxed. I paid about 74 for me and my sister we only did one ride, I also purchase the video so that was an extra 20 but totally worth it.

We have driven by this place for quite some time and finally decided to give it a try. We chose to ride the slingshot ride. We were first shocked at the prices…$ 33/​person/​ride. They didn’t seem to have enough employees and we had to wait quite awhile. Basically one person at a time was doing an activity at the park. The ride itself was crazy, but very rough. My friend had a headache for two days and my neck hurt very bad for several days after. We won’t be back.

The employee’s here are VERY rude and they rush you to jump off there rides. Very bad customer service i wont be back ever again

We had a great time with my nieces and nephews! Feels like a teenager again! Though I did not try the activity, I can still feel the thrill that it brought to my nephews and nieces! Amusing facial reactions!

This place is so much fun! The staff is super nice and they make you feel secure. The free falling is the closest feeling you can get to skydiving. Is such an breathtaking feeling.

Zero Gravity had my adrenaline running!!! I had a BLAST!!! It is a great place to ride thrilling rides.

Worst customer service ever. They didn’t have enough staffs to operate the ride. We waited for a guy to jump off the bungee for more than 45 minutes. It’s also very expensive.

So fun and different! Highly recommend if for nothing else than for bragging rights lol. Nothing But Net is awesome but we had to watch several people do it before my hubby could work up the nerve! The boomerang one was intense and awesome but hurt my neck a little. They tell u to keep your head back but believe me, it’s impossible! Our favorite was the zipper one. So fun we did it twice! Oh and definitely get the video! Super fun to watch later!

Went here over the weekend. Biggest thrills of my life. First did the swing with my girlfriend and it swung us in a full circle at over 70mph. Could see all of Dallas. Next did the 16 story free fall which was equally as good. If you are looking for a good thrill this is the place to go!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not enough employees to operate all the rides. Standing in line for over and hour for the fist line and the Mgr puts somebody ahead of my kids. No explanation to the people on line. 5 total rides in the whole place and they don’t have staff any staff to operate. DO NOT waste your time coming here. The ruined a great day with my daughters.

If you are a true thrill seeker, then this is the place for you!!! I went with a friend for the first time recently. Unfortunately I dragged her out of the house so that we can do something fun; she never imagined that we would be pulling up to this place! My friend and I rode the Skyscraper! She wasn’t a fan of it (mainly because I talked her into getting on even though she is afraid of heights) but I loved it!!! One fun ride and a hilarious experience (referring to my friend when it came to her reactions)!! It is a little on the pricey side, but if you purchase a groupon or purchase tickets online, it will save you a few bucks. If you are seeking thrills then this is the place to go!!!

The 4 stars are strictly based on the thrill of the experience. I am grateful Dallas has a spot where I can go and challenge myself; come face-​to-​face with some life-​long fears. I would also share these stars with Jacoy, a Zero Gravity employee. Bungee Jumping is not only on my Bucket List, but it has also been an activity I have always lacked the courage to do. Jacoy was patiently poet with me, as I stood on the edge, seven stories up. Once I was able to finally «let go», the sense of self-​accomplishment was on a level I had yet to experience in life.
As for everything else that makes up A BUSINESS; this place needs a lot of work. Despite all the shortcomings, Zero Gravity is ranked Top 5 in TripAdvisor’s Dallas attractions, which shows just how much potential this place has. However, upon arrival, it looks like an abandoned amusement park. It was 12-​noon and it appeared the staff had just rolled out of bed, hung-​over. Not only were we not greeted, but we were left standing there trying to figure out how this whole thing works. The staff lacked personality, and sheer professionalism. There was a part of me, because of their presentation, that wanted to leave. I did not feel secure, trusting my life in their hands. Luckily once we started going, I felt safe doing all (3) activities I picked.
I would recommend they build a team who are passionate about not only Customer Service, but with creating an overall experience as well. Pair this with a general «face-​lift» of the venue and possibly some rebranding, and they could have it made! Dallas has nothing like this; they should be proud!

Calling all thrill seekers, come one come all. This is the place to go for you folks! They have a total of 5 different attractions. It can be a little pricey but they do have groupons which is a killer deal.
I remember the first time I went back in 2006. My brother took me and we did three of the attractions — bungee jumping, free falling, and the slingshot. I was too scared to do the bungee jump by my feet so I did go by my waist. My favorite was the free fall. 3 seconds of utter fear. They take you up 130 feet I believe and drop you in a net. So Much Fun. I did not care for the slingshot. I felt sick on the way down.
I went back a few weeks ago with a groupon. Still as fun as I remember. The worst part was the free fall was closed! They were doing some updates and they had to wait for parts from Germany. This time I bungeed by my feet and man, that is a thrill! I also tried the texas blastoff. It’s a ride that takes you 150 feet up in the air in a matter of seconds. Pretty fun.
This is a must for thrill seekers. It’s also a great place to get over fear. Bring the kids, bring the family, bring the friends, you won’t regret it!

We went here so my husband could redeem his birthday gift. He has always wanted to do Nothing But Net. When we arrived the attendant told us that has not been running for 6 months. There is nothing on their website to indicate this. FYI it will be down for at least another month or more according to the attendant. It would have been nice to know this before we drove from the west side of Fort Worth or before I bought him the gift certificate. He opted not to ride today. My suggestion would be to call before you go if there is something specific you are wanting to do.

Great park. Very friendly and helpful staff. You really have to have courage to get on these rides. They are no joke. Also, look for a Groupon, otherwise, it can be a bit pricey. Do not eat right before you ride. Have fun. We are planning to go back soon.

Oh My God!
My 9 year old daughter and I went here for her birthday and what an awesome experience we had! The big drop (165′ tower) was the highlight for both of us, but all the attractions were lots of fun.
We came down from Seattle to experience the Six Flags Theme Park but made the time to take a trip here and it was definitely worth the trip! The roller coasters all seemed a bit more mild and tame after hurtling skyward 150 up in the steel cage ball, or taking the bungee dive or ride on the big swing. But nothing compares to the free fall drop. My daughter, who is a wild thrill seeking adventure hound finally found her fill on that attraction.

Although I was a big baby and got sick after trying the skyscraper, the staff were very courteous and professional. I may have screamed bloody murder, but I had a good time. A can’t miss activity for adrenaline junkies!

Nice, if you want to get some thrill in your life.

If you are an adrenaline junky (or just wanting to dip your toes at the deep end of the pond) this will definitely trip yer trigger. I’ve done most of the «rides» here but I was most interested in the free fall and it was so flippin’ nuts, I was disappointed that I didn’t go a second time before we went home to Oregon! I have doen the controlled free fall off the Stratosphere in Vegas but this was a completely different expereince. Although the Strat is taller, THIS freefall is completely without a rope or cable as a «safety blanket». What an insane rush!
The staff was completely professional and oh so funny — boy, did I hear some goooood stories. Highly Recommend!
Next Stop: Skydiving!

This place is awesome. There are 5 rides total and the staff here is really cool. They seem to be having fun every minute. It’s a great experience that you will not soon forget.
As someone who has been skydiving, I was looking for something fun to do in Dallas, that would surely be memorable. I went with my girlfriend and her siblings, and it was an experience to remember.
You can check their website for the rides, so I don’t need to explain them here. The bungee was the scariest for me, even though I have jumped out of an airplane before. I have to say though, it was awesome. Certainly not a place for the faint of heart.
When we went, there was absolutely NO ONE here. We had the whole place to ourselves. We did all 5 rides on a blazing hot day.
I suggest you buy the videos that they film, they’re hysterical to watch later. Also, we had a group of 5 and the staff there gave us a little discount. So go in a group and see if you can’t haggle for a few bucks off.
You won’t forget this experience. The staff makes it fun. Come prepared to do all 5 rides, you won’t regret it. I have to say though, you do get jerked around a bit from the extreme nature of the rides, so if you’re prone to headaches, bring your aspirin. Also, allow 15 – 20 mintues between rides, to rest up. unless your entire group is hardcode enthusiasts of these kinds of things.
